Hell yes, I believe she deserves jail time, If only to open her eyes and realize that her celebrity status is short lived. She’s young and doing stupid things. She needs to grow up and take responsibility for her actions. And not because she’s a celebrity but because she’s a human being that can KILL another human being over ignorance and stupidity. Yes. If Paris has to do jail time for driving with a suspended license then it’s only fair that Lindsay should for DUI and for possession on a contrlled substance. Rehab dosn’t appear to be working so maybe a little jail time will do her some good.

Good Grief !! My husband just heard that if Lindsey makes a deal NOW, she would get a couple thousand dollars fine and 90 hours ( HOURS?? ) of jail time ?? Did ANYONE in authotity even LOOK at the publics opinion ???

I don’t care who you are, if you’re going to make that decision to drive after you’ve been drinking, then that’s the bed you made. Besides, she’s got the money pay someone else to drive so why would you want to take that chance. That way no big deal - drink all you want! I don’t think she should be let off this time. She had plenty of time in rehab to start thinking like a normal person to get it right. If she thinks she invisible maybe doing so time will make her realize.

Most people here say she should go to jail, but a few say she should only go to learn her lesson. Would these people feel that way if they spent time wondering if someone was going to die from a drunk driver? Would they feel that way if a memory of a rough amputation’s image was seared in THEIR minds? Drunk/Drugged drivers DESTROY OTHER people’s lives. Send her pretty, rich little butt to JAIL

I hope that someone can help that girl. all that money went right to her head because when u have all that money u could put it away and safe it or u can go drink and be out in jail or u can just not let that money go to your head. that girl need to do everything she can to get better and get back to making movies

Is Rehab working? I don’t think Rehab is working, I think it’s jail time. She is either going to kill herself or someone else or both. She needs a wake up call now. I think sometime in jail may help her. Let’s hope something does

Yes, jail will be good for a start. But my hope is that she come to know Jesus as her personal savior. We all know that jail doesn’t really change one’s heart, in many cases it harden it. The bible tell us that the only was one can have true peace if Know God through Christ Jesus, believe it real. The Gospel of John 3:36 say that God so loved the world “Lindsay” and you and me. There is hope for her.
