Ok, Britany snatches over $21,000 worth of clothes on a photoshoot and is SECONDS away from losing her kids Lindsay gets arrested AGAIN for a DWI but yet Whitney is called a crackhead! Go figure. Not on her worst day has Whiney been this badly behaved AND her careeer was much, much MUCH, longer!!!!!

Re: Kevin not fighting for custody of the other kids … perhaps he doesn’t NEED to because Shar, whatever her other faults as a human being, seems to be a responsible mother. She’s not a proudly public, mentally unstable trainwreck like Britney. Sad, really. I was rooting for her and used to think Kevin was dragging her down. Now I think she was on her way down long BEFORE she met him and has continued to plummet. She’s made too many bad decisions and learned from NONE of them, and I’ve lost all sympathy for her - esp. since she obviously seeks all the attention she’s getting from the paparazzi. The sooner Kevin and the rest of Britney’s family get those children away from her, the better. They should take that poor puppy, London, too, before she kills it!

I believe Ms. Spears as gone over the top. Its great to be crazy sometimes but not when it hurts your job. Ms. Spears behavior is of someone that has not kids. I think Ms. Spears need to put her kids before herself!

I’d never though I’d say this, but yes, I believe Kevin should get full custody of the kids, if only temporarily.

Britney is having a WELL PUBLICISED nervous breakdown of some sort and her behaviors are putting her kids in jeopardy. She’s constantly in and out of rehab (during which times Kevin seems to have custody of the kids anyways), constantly photographed at various clubs, constantly showing a disturbing lack of common sense.

even more disturbing is her behavior around her kids when the paparazzi are around. I can’t imagine what it must be like to be hounded by these people, but Britney never seems to handle these encounters rationally. she has put her child in mortal danger driving w/ him in her lap, vandalize property, and in a cringe inducing scene, lash out and swear at someone all while her kids listen on (I have no doubt Sean Preston knows a few choice swear words by now). Britney’s actions put her in direct contact w/ paparazzi, whereas, Kevin has managed to keep a low profile.

if Britney can’t handle the paparazzi w/o making a scene and putting her kids in danger, maybe Kevin should get custody until Britney gets controls of herself and is less of a beacon of trouble. maybe once she regains some sense and the paparazzi backs off a bit, it will become safer for Britney to have the kids in public

No, K-Fed should not get full custody. They should have shared custody unless Brittany does something else that endangers her children. Then, K-Fed should get them.

Throwing a little spoiled brat fit at a photo shoot has nothing really to do directly with parenting. All it provides is more information to go along with a future incident involving the children. Then, this situation coupled with additional emotional instability becomes case worthy.
