Tammy Faye's Dying Wish Revealed

Emaciated and struggling to speak, Tammy Faye Messner’s warrior spirit and insurmountable courage could still be seen during her emotional interview with Larry King.

Though Tammy admitted to Larry that she’s bedridden most of the time, she was still able to smile for the cameras and bat those trademark lashes.

Even her husband Roe can’t believe the way she’s handling her life and death battle.

“We make it good, don’t we honey?” Roe said to his wife through laughter.

Tammy is battling inoperable lung cancer. She’s down to 65 pounds, and her days could be limited. Though she said she’s still scared, she’s confident about where she’s going.

“I’m going straight to heaven,” she said, happily.

Poignantly, Tammy told Larry one of her last wishes.

“I still want to be cremated,” she said.

Now, only “Extra” has one of Tammy’s friends speaking out about her ordeal.

Ron Jeremy, who starred with Tammy on “The Surreal Life” and grew close with her during that time, is in shock at his friend’s frail state.

“Seeing her last night was very painful,” Ron said. “You get choked up.”

Still, Ron isn’t surprised to see her fighting spirit pushing through the pain.

“She told me two weeks ago she was shopping for shoes,” he said of Tammy’s incredible will to live.

Now, Ron is breaking news to “Extra,” revealing that the woman with whom Tammy's ex-husband Jim Baker cheated is speaking out.

Jessica Hahn has reached out to Tammy, calling her on the phone and pleading, “Please don’t go. The world needs you right now.”

Still, Tammy said she has not heard directly from her ex-husband, saying only, “God’s going to do it.”

Today, while speaking to a small crowd, the disgraced televangelist said on his webcast, “I feel such a heaviness.”

Tammy’s son, pastor Jay Baker, said his father’s thoughts are with his dying ex-wife.

“He always tells me how he’s praying for Mom, and thinking about her,” Jay said.

Tammy, even in what could be her last days, is thinking about more than just her fate – she’s managing to reach out to the world.

“I’d like to say I genuinely care,” she said. “I want you to find peace. I want you to find joy.”

Tammy, my dear sister in Christ. You as well as anyon knows what happens to people in death. Absent from the body, present with the Lord. We will miss you when you’re gone but the angel of the Lord will greet you when it’s time. Don’t be afraid, welcome your reward and crown awaiting you. The world doesn’t understand this or the peace and strength you have, but the important thing is….you do. Love you sis, meet you when it’s my time. Peace to all your family and friends.

Dear Tammy. You are such an awesome “real” woman of God! I watched you years ago & was touched by the Lord through you many times. Pretty soon our forever life will begin with Jesus in heaven & we’ll be free with no more pain & no more tears. I know we’ll meet then if not before. But I have a favor to ask of you if you get there before I do. Over 3 years ago my beautiful son Travis who had down syndrome went home to Jesus at 12 years old. Please tell him how much his brother Dylan & I love & miss him so much! You’ll recognize him by his beautiful joyful eyes, smile & especially his laugh! He laughs with his whole body! I know he’s laughing & rolling in the fields of heaven with Jesus & grandma right now! When you meet him you’ll have so much joy,fun & laughter like you’ve never had before! Love Linda & Dylan PS Read “We saw Heaven” by Roberts Liardon. It will excite you about your ultimate healing!!! Love You Girl, I’ll see you soon and we can all gaze into His beautiful face & be wrapped in his most comforting embrace!

Dear Tammy,
I grew up watching you on TBN and even though things got a bit tough you always let God use that smile and tender way you have to touch so many. You are still changing peoples lives through your bravery during this time. I lost both my grandparents and Father to cancer and stayed with them through Hospice and their last days here. They have all gone on to be with the Lord. I know what bravery and integrity it takes to keep your head up and maintain the promise of God’s gift of everlasting life.Be strong. You shall wear a crown. I am praying for you and your family. In My Father’s house are many mansions, and if it was not so He would have told you. One has got to be yours! : ) May God Bless You and Keep You and Always Shine Upon You. Your Faith has made you whole! Thank you for letting the Lord use you.
Sincerely,
Pam

Dear Tammy, just remember we all will take that trip. You won’t be alone. What is more important is that I am convinced the best is yet to come! God knows how you feel, it’s normal. This life is all we know. Take courage and comfort that it isn’t over until God says it is over. My aunt was diagnosed 2 years ago with lung cancer and they gave her 4 months to live. She is still here and doing fine. If it is God’s will to take you, think about being in the arms of a loving father. The word of God says the first thing he is going to do is wipe away our tears because he knows this life has been hard and cruel to the ones he love. Hold on to his Almighty hand.

Ms. Faye,
My prayers are with you. I just saw you on tv and felt compelled to pass this information along. I work in the health and wellness field with a renowned natural physician. It’s about acid-alkaline balance and cancer grows in an acidic environment. If you want, you can read more about how we are helping others in severe distress at www.waterbykangen.com.
