Stars Speak Out on Lindsay's DUI Bust

Lindsay Lohan is in hiding, just one day after her DUI arrest and disturbing mug shot made headlines around the world.

Now Paris Hilton – who recently did jail time for violating the terms of her probation stemming from her own DUI arrest – is breaking her silence.

“I just want everyone to be happy and healthy,” Paris told “Extra.”

Her parting words for her former pal?

“God bless her,” Paris said.

Britney Spears, who is currently in a world of troubles on her own, only offered “Extra” the odd comment, “It’s okay.”

Right now, there are reports that Lindsay is staying with her attorney in Hollywood, while other sources tell “Extra” she may be seeking treatment at the famed Hazelden Center in Minnesota.

Late Tuesday night, “Extra” spotted someone transferring items from Lindsay’s SUV outside her attorney’s office.

Now “Extra” is breaking news about what led to Lindsay’s arrest.

“Extra” can reveal that Tarin Graham is the former assistant who reportedly quit on the evening of Lindsay’s DUI. It was Tarin’s mother who Lindsay was reportedly chasing down!

Now it appears as if there is a backlash of sorts to Lindsay’s troubles.

This morning on “Live with Regis and Kelly,” Kelly Ripa blasted Lindsay’s wild behavior as her anger turned personal.

“My sister was hit by a drunk driver and almost killed,” she said. “So I would introduce her to my sister maybe so she could see the results of the physical agony that a person lives with after an accident like that.”

Now many people are asking if Lindsay’s once-promising career is over.

Legendary manager and producer Bernie Brillstein told The New York Times, “I hope they put her in jail for as long as they can. Maybe she’ll realize how serious it is.”

But studio executive James Robinson wants others to cut her some slack.

“She is a world-class actress,” Robinson insisted.

Robinson is the film executive who famously lambasted Lindsay in an angry – and public – letter for being late to the set of “Georgia Rule.”

But now he is reaching out to the troubled starlet.

“If you need anything, you just call me,” he plead. “As soon as I’m allowed to visit, I’ll be there.”

What do you think: is Lindsay’s career over? Post your comments here.

Why do we not hear about Brandy who killed someone while driving. Plus I think it is wrong that the boys in the car are just looking for a place in the spotlight and money. If it was anyone else you think they would be looking for a payout. He jumped out of a car when it was moving what did he think would happen. I do not believe a word they said the story does not match. And the mother of the assistance who would back out of the driveway and go speeding down the street to be chased. Should of stayed in the driveway push the horn and call the police. She could of killed someone or her self. I think Lohen has problems and needs to get away from the people who are bringing her down she is still young and has a lot to learn. She needs someone older and wiser in her life not her parents they are trying to distroy each other they are not paying attention to their daughter. They just like her money . Maybe Jane Fonda could help like she did not when they did the movie Geroria Rules together. I think she needs to go to a rehab like Betty Ford and take a break from movies and the pitfalls of Hollywood. Talk to Robert Downey or Baldwin others who have gone through the same thing. Stay away from Brittany and Paris. Brittany is going down fast.

I think it is sad that Ms. Lohan has not learned from her past troubles. it seems that people are trying to use hollywood glamour and stardom as a reason for young star breakdowns and misbehavior. When clearly just like and other stable person, She has a mind of her own and knows right from wrong. I hope that the system does not give her any remorse for the punishment she deserves. because the system defintley would not for us. Money, power, and fame should not be above the law.

We are more forgiving of celebrity’s who have actually killed people than celebrity’s who might Vince Neil and Keith Moon are a couple that come to mind.

The parents of these immature adults have raised these spoiled women to think they are better then everyone else. They need to get off of their self erected pedestals and realize that they are no better then anyone else.As a matter of fact they are probably inferior to the vast majority. You can add Alec Baldwin,Michael Moore,Barbra Streisand,Rosie and numerous other pompous Hollywooders to the list.

These bad girls of Hollywood needs to wake up and smell the coffee. They are putting there life in danger because there could be a nut out there watching them and they do not have a clear mind to get out of a dangerous situation. Also the clubs that let these under age stars get in should have some kind of responsibilty or punishment because there know these stars are under age. It’s very sad. It’s a shame that these girls do not know which people are true friends.
The reporter are no help neither by beening on top of them costantly. Not giving them room to get out of a parking space. There should be some kind of distance away from the stars for security.
