Source Confirms Nicole Richie is Pregnant!

Nicole Richie is pregnant with boyfriend Joel Madden's baby, TMZ.com is reporting.

This confirms pregnancy rumors that have been swirling for months, fueled by pictures of a swelling belly.

Nicole, 25, has been dating the Good Charlotte singer for six months, and now there are reports the two will get hitched this summer!

Neither of their reps are commenting, but numerous sources are confirming that Nicole is about three months along and just starting to show.

This is going to be a big summer for Nicole!

She's due in court July 11 for her DUI trial, where she could face jail time.

In December she was arrested after driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway, and she admitted to police she'd taken Vicodin and smoked marijuana.

A spokeswoman for the L.A. County District Attorney's office says Nicole faces a minimum punishment of 90 days in jail if convicted!

You are all to critical. I was not the best mom material before I had my first child, I had on person telling me that I should put my child up for adoption even. Now I have a career and a husband, and another wonderful child. So there to show you that no one has the right to judge!!!!!

her being pregnant is NOT a “perfect example for abortion”. that is a shame. Abortion is so not the right thing 2 do bcuz people think that it can solve all the problems. when some1 does have an abortion, they live with that for the rest of their lives, feeling worse than they did about getting pregnant. everytime u look at another child u r reminded of that child u killed bcuz u were scared, confused, alone, or as u recommend, an unfit mother. Don’t judge her b4 she even gets a chance 2 be a good mother. people make bad choices in life, and God sends you people to change your life in so many ways if you just accept them. maybe this baby will be the saving grace she needs. u apparently have no idea how a child can change a woman & a man. once u hold that baby in your arms & meet that child face face, eye 2 eye, u are never the same again, at least those that actually have a heart are never the same again. I pray that you will change your thoughts on the whole abortion thing, because that is WRONG & that is MURDER.

I think she will do great!!!!!!! i am sure more then 1/2 of your mothers were not “angels” before you came along probly not angels after you came along ha ha but that doesn’t mean that they were bad moms……………..GROW UP PEOPLE!!! I wish her well with her pregnancy, and I hope she will have a good healthy diet during her pregnancy and after as well.
