I’m so sick and tired of Extra talking about Lindsey and Britney!! Get something new to talk about!! YES!! Lindsey needs jail time. If I was to get caught with coke & a DUI I would be charged. She needs to get treated just like any other person that isn’t in the limelight. She needs serious HELP!!!

Throw the skank in jail. Have her save a bed for the other skank Britney Spears.

Lindsey and Brittney are surrounded by too many people that rely on their money! All this chaos gets press which makes more money. Lindsey this time needs jail time along with some court ordered counseling. Lindsey and Brittney should not be allowed to come in and out of rehab. Maybe the judge should also consider some very heavy fines along with jail time for cases like this. Send the money to charity!

Who is this guy kidding? He is as immature as is his daughter. He is COMPLETELY responsible for her behavior. What she “learned” or didn’t learn from BOTH her parents could fill a book. They both had no ability and no business “raising” a child (children) and judging from their recent behavior they still have no business calling themselves parents. Unfortunately, because of he money involved (Lindsey’s money, not theirs)this “child” would never have been taken away from her parents but they have treated her no better than other “abusive” parents.
I also hink LL, now 21 bears some responsibility of her own but, if the courts don’t punish her or “punish” her as they did Paris, how will she (both of them) ever learn.

I think that Lindsay Lohan should be sent to jail, this is the second time shes done this and certainly not the first time getting into trouble with the law. If she is fined and does not do jail time she is just going to do it again almost certainly. I think that she should be put in jail for awhile to teach her a lesson.

You would think after the whole paris hilton incident people would come to some realizations (Lohan) but apparently since Paris’ sentance got cut short, people believe they can do anything they want and just get a slap on the wrist. This obviously shows us that some people need help more than others and perhaps some serious jail time and intervention will do the trick.

It is very obvious this girl needs some mental health assistance.
Media, “Leave her alone” and let her get on with her life and stop getting the legal eagles putting people like her on the hit list as an example because of all the attention they are receiving.
Things like this happen in everyday life
and the people concerned get help they need.
I do not condone what she has done by any means but she obviously needs some help not bad PR.
