Obviously rehab didn’t take. And while I feel empathy for her, she is 21 years old and it’s time she grows up. Here’s a young lady who has it all and she’s pretty much throwing it away.

Hopefully she will spend ALOT more time at N.A and A.A meetings and less time out partying trying to get her pictures taken by the paparazzi’s. Woory about your career after you get HEALTHY. Otherwise, you won’t be around to enjoy it.

I HOLD LINDSAY COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE. SHE’S OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER ESPECIALLY AFTER HAVING BEEN BUSTED TWICE ALREADY. I DON’T THINK THE FAMILY OF A DEAD PERSON AT THE HANDS OF LINDSAY LOHAN DRINKING AND DRIVING WILL CONSIDER THEIR LOVED ONE ANY LESS DEAD BECAUSE SHE’S A CELIBRITY. There are probably 86.500 other eligible talented actresses, with Lindsey’s good looks, and Lindsey’s level of talent that would die to have 1/2 the chances that Lindsey has had in the film industry. These “drug addicted” and out of control actresses need to know that they are NOT “indispensable”. You know, get your act together,…or GET OUT !! And, the media should be SLAPPED for promoting such insanity. These so called “actresses” are so far removed from reality !! And, it is a SLAP to their REHAB programs that they haven’t been able to track them better or track what happens when they leave REHAB. Makes one wonder if the REHAB is in it for the $$ or for actually helping someone overcome an addiction !!

This girl is not only going to hurt herself, she will hurt innocent people in the process. Get this girl some help and off the streets.

anyone who has been awoken in the middle of the night and waited hours to hear if a loved one was going to die because of a drunk driver knows that a debate whether she deserves jail time is even necessary. Send her to JAIL.

Aside from jail….the bigger question is, when are these young women going to recognize that they are role models for millions of young girls worldwide? It is SO dis-heartening that these young women (Brittney, Lindsay, Paris) make things like drugs, alcohol, and dressing in practically nothing seem OK. These behaviors are not only unhealthy, they are destructive and WRONG! GIRLS… Please quit making fools of yourselves and setting such a horrible example for others!

I feel that Lindsay needs more than just rehab she also needs counseling maybe if she had better direction from her parents she would not be in this situation.

I think that she needs to go to jail, that’s not fair that people who are not famous go to jail for things like that a go for a long time but if you are famous like her you wont go that long, it is really not fair, just because you are famous, you should be treated like others. She needs to go for a long time and she deserves it, that’s what you get for being stupid, and it’s her fault, she’s being stupid than let her be stupid, maybe one day, she will learn her lesson.

Yes, she needs to go to jail for it. If it was anyone other than a star they would get several years in jail. Maybe it would help her. I think Paris should not have been paid for her interveiw, the money should have went to Food Pantrys all over USA. I was abused and a gun put to my head, I don’t see anyone paying me for my story. I believe everyone should follow the law NO matter who they are or how much money they have. I also believe that the clubs should be held too, Lindsey started drinking and partying long before she turned 21, along with a few other stars as well. I am sure she will get a slap on the hand and told to go to get help. And if she does not like all this attention, maybe she should get out of limelight. I think that these stars know they can get away with anything because they have the money and the power. I dont think jail is making a difference in who they are. i think we should stick them into a third world country and make them actually work. take their makeup and mommies away from them and see how they survive.
