Lindsay Lohan: I Was Not Driving Drunk in 2005 Accident

In October 2005, prior to her two recent DUI charges, Lindsay Lohan was involved in a traffic accident. In the police report obtained by “Extra,” investigators concluded that Lohan was not at fault, nor was alcohol involved.

However, the man that she hit, Raymundo Ortega, recently filed suit against Lohan. He claims that Lohan was intoxicated, which caused the accident.

In response, Lohan’s attorneys filed court papers, also obtained by “Extra,” that state, “This lawsuit is nothing more than an attempt to extort money from a celebrity setting forth false and scurrilous allegations…”

Sbe should be charged with DUI, possession of cociane, attempted assault with deadly weapon, and a repeated offender. This is not the first time little miss thing has been busted Paris got 23days for being 26 and drunk driving lindsey just turned 21, her other offensive happened when she was 18-20. Plus she had coke, and was trying to run another vehicle down. If it was you or me, we’d be looking at 3 to 15 years. She better get more then rehab, because that excuse just doesn’t cover it anymore.

why do u pay so much attention to these b ad girls. If it were anybody without money and a Hollywood name they would have been thrown into jail. I’m tired of seeing her on your program, move on for goodness sakes.

This behavior is sad. Everyone wants to judge her right away. SHAME ON THEM.
She needs help and no one is helping her. She’s trying on her own at its not working because no one is helping including her deadbeat parents. She needs real help and not accusations. No one but her knows what happen on both days. Tell me that if she was my daughter she would not of got this far into being in trouble. She needs serious help from someone thats serious to save her life.

I’m tired of the rules being different
for famous people. If it was us normal
people that got arrested or did jail
time like Paris Hilton, we wouldn’t
have any visitors during jail time. Let
them be treated like the rest of us,
pay the fines, do the jail time just
like we would without visitors and the
same food they serve regular prisoners.
Why should they get special treatment.
If you commit the crime your no better
than anyone else and should do the same
as normal people.
Wake up America, everyone should have
the same punishment whether their
celeb’s or not, all rules should be the
same for male,female,pink,yellow or
blue we all have the same color blood
and that is red. And that we should all
have the same punishment.
