I was watching the show today and I notice that you were in the devante sunglasses store. I just wanted you to know, I too thought that the devante store was the best until the store in Atlanta, Georgia talked and treated me as if I was a 4th class citizen. I brought a pair of Versace sunglasses costing about $500.00 dollars and I dropped them and scharc the lens. I returned to devante store in Atlanta, Georgia to have them repaired and the service I received from the day I droped them off until the day I got them back which was 3 months later. The service and treatment was very degrading. I’m know stranger to being profiled or for just being BLACK. After calling the corporate office, I received less than the service I expected and I will never shop in that store or any of their stores again. Not only will I not shop, I will make sure that everytime someone talks about sunglass I will make sure that they know of how I was treated at devante’s and how the Atlanta store treats BLACK customers. I will always remember my experience at devante sunglass store.

The very fact that the corporate offices chose to treat me as shabbily as the Atlanta store, speaks to the fact that this is standard policy across the board.

May you concider going the EXTRA mile to explore the other side of this issue?
