I like Gerry Butler. I think he’s very appealing. The movies I liked, I loved. What is disturbing me here is the gushing that took over a comments section that should have been about this movie.

Since I have been equally guilty in fudging up the comment board I will let it be and see you all in the theatre.

Kelli Kelli!! You got to calm down! Sit back and enjoy all the Gerry Juice. By your name I’m going to assume you are of the female gender so what is it that you have against the Hottest guy going? Or is it what you don’t have against him? I know the feeling girl, I get a wee bit jealous too when I have to share him with soooo many other women. I will agree he has had a lot of cameo roles in some pretty bad movies but it wasn’t because of his acting ability, did ya ever stop to think it was the movie itself? I guess maybe you have to have a certain maturity to enjoy the finer things in life! Feeling better Sweetie?

That was fun seeing an interview with Guy Ritchie! He’s cute and seems to be a very smart guy, and I enjoyed seeing he and Madonna together.

Regarding some of the comments below, aren’t we all movie fans here? I’m looking forward to seeing this film, and I support everyone involved in the artistic collaboration to create it.

Gerry Butler is of course a total cutie too! I believe he often talks about how he loves the team effort involved in making a film, so I say let’s support the whole team!

Would any of them be in this biz if they didn’t understand the way a special person like Gerard Butler affects throngs of adoring women…and men??? Ritchie is not stupid and neither am I! He knows what he needs and I know what I need!!! I’m one of those older women…you know…the ones w/the money to spend on all things Gerard Butler..or whatever else I want to spend it on…..for instance…a Gerard Butler movie that gives me a little “grrrrr” in my tummy OR spending time w/my grandchildren or caring for a lifetime of family and friends. Quickly! Pls pass the smelling salts! I’ve fainted! Can’t believe I missed another Gerry interview! A-A-AGH! Guess I didn’t scan ALL the entertainment shows on the menu last night. Hey! Don’t knock grandmas oogling him like we did Elvis many years ago. We’re not dead, you know! In my book, he’s even topped Pierce Brosnan and Sean Connery for looks and accent. God bless those Celts! I would have loved to have seen this film but will wait for video. The Gerard Butler Fans are way to obsessive about their “Gerry” and ruin the movies for others. I went to see 300 and was shocked at the screams and giggling from women older than my mother YUK! He’s not your friend ladies he just an actor doing a job you act like he spends weekends and evenings with you. Get a life

Alikat, Obviously you haven’t read all of these comments. I have nothing against Butler but the “OMIGOD He’s God and so HAWT and the only reason this movie is being made” gushing is getting very old and quite frankly makes the writers of some of these comments come off as 12 year olds, which hopefully they are because I can’t believe adult women would write these things.

Gerry is the best. That’s all I can say. LOVE HIM and always will. This obsession is not going anywhere.

Methinks you need to lighten up a little..after all, the video showed as much of Gerard as it did of Guy, and the “GBAC” as you condescendingly refer to his fans, had no control over that..they simply responded to what was shown. Why do you have a problem with that?? Just because somebody appreciates Gerry does NOT mean that they meant any slight towards Guy, or anyone else, for that matter, so—no disrespect intended—maybe you should just “put on your big girl panties and deal with it”!!

Gerard Butler is a feast for the senses! He seems to put his heart and soul into anything he does..even giving hugs..did you see the way he just enveloped that girl in his arms and pulled her against him? When he kisses, he doesn’t just use his lips, he gets his whole body involved…(ummm, sorry…lost my train of thought for a second there!) I’ve had the opportunity to meet him in person, and as if all that isn’t enough to make you fall in love with him, on top of everything else, he’s a genuinely NICE guy who cares deeply about his fans…it’s no secret why they(we) all love him so much!

Oh, and concerning Guy..I wish him the best of luck on this movie..with Gerry aboard, he can’t miss!!

Gerard Butler is an old school man in his manners, charisma, & self-deprecating way. He is just beginning to be noticed after 10 years of hard work. He deserves his accolades but does not seek them out. His sense of humor is infectious with that great smile! He had the strength of his convictions to drop being a lawyer & follow his dream. Not many people do that in this life. I look for many good things for this actor in years to come!
