K-Fed to Reportedly Get $35,000 a Month from Britney in Divorce Settlement

After months of proceedings, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline officially ended their marriage today.

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge made their split final.

TMZ.com says Kevin will get a whopping $35,000 a month!

Reportedly included in the settlement is a 50/50 custody agreement, where Britney and Kevin will share equal custody of their two young children.

Kevin is reportedly not happy with the agreement, and there are reports he may go to court this week to ask for full custody on the heels of Britney's bizarre behavior.

Britney's party streak continued this weekend as she hit the Hollywood clubs, seemingly unfazed by OK! magazine's tell-all about her supposed breakdown.

She was spotted with a new man by her side, who "Extra" can reveal is 25-year-old Beverly Hills realtor Justin Mandile.

C’mon give her some credit. Yes she made really dumb mistakes and will make them but that’s not the reason why to take the kids away from her. I never saw Kevin in past year holding the kids and when Britney was second pregnant he was out partying. I think she is a good mother, we see only few minutes on pictures, read the rumours ( 50 -70% false), but in reality nobody besides Britney knows what happens inside her hause.

I think the custody schuld stay as it is 50 - 50.

The media is blowing everything out of proportion. People just need to leave the girl alone. There are other single moms that go out and party. Kevin was never around in the beginning for the boys. He was always out partying. Why can’t she? The boys are NOT in any danger. Kevin is only wanting the kids for the money. It all comes down to money. He had no involvement with his other kids before. Remember he left Shar when she was pregnant! This whole thing is ridiculus and the media needs to stop reporting it. Next story please!!!

She is in need of Psychiatric care ASAP.She is putting those two precious boys lives in jeopardy. Wake up CPS and remove them asap or you will be to blame. Yes, Kevin should have them, I think he will be a dad, she sure is not a mom. Fixed? yes, thats an understatement.

This is very upsetting, where is CPS in this matter. Those two precious boys need a parent and that is Kevin. She has showed she does not care about them. her behavior is beyond normal. She needs to be admitted to a Psych ward ASAP, before someone is killed by her. Wake up CPS, your the only ones who can do this, she has left her family to were they can’t touch her.

I never a few years ago thought I would ever say this but, those kids need to be with kevin and Brit needs to be fixed so she can’t have anymore. I can’t believe how she has turned out! WOW! I have lost all respect for the girl and don’t believe her come back is going to be as strong as she hopes!
