If it is somehow proven beyond reasonable doubt that the plaintiff acted in an unlawful fashion, the police will revisit the matter and lay further charges as warranted. That said, in a case such as this, 99.9% of the time, the individual charged at the scene of a domestic disturbance remains the ONLY INDIVIDUAL charged. Kristy Swanson attempting to spin doctor this into an attack on her by Marcia, is simply evidencing her complete and utter lack of both morality and basic common sense.
