'Screaming and Crying,' Paris Ordered Back to Jail

Paris Hilton has just been ordered back to jail to serve out the remainder of her sentence - but it's not 23 days, it's the original 45!

After the decision was read, she screamed, "It's not right!" before calling out to her mom.

Insiders say she shook constantly and looked back at her parents, mouthing "I love you," throughout the hearing.

Paris arrived - in handcuffs - disheveled and hysterical to the downtown L.A. courtroom.

The 45-day sentence comes as a bit of a shock, as her sentence was originally reduced to 23 days.

But amid the pandemonium, and accusations of special treatment on behalf of the L.A. Sheriff's Department, Judge Michael Sauer used the heavy hand of the law to put Paris back in the pokey.

All of this chaos erupted after Paris was released from jail yesterday and sent home to wear an electronic monitoring device - but city officials cried foul, saying that never should have happened!

Now, after a public outcry, she'll do 45 days in Lynwood.

Since she went in to the jail early Monday morning, she's already got four days under her belt.

Paris really needs to get her head out of the clouds. And realize that you are responsible for your own actions. If anyone of normal non-famous person had this happen to then they would get the full days and more but, hey since it’s some rich famous snob. What are we telling our future generation? To lie and cheat their ways through life like how Paris is… GROW UP PARIS. OR GO SEE DR. PHIL….

Paris needs to grow up. She’s just another spoiled brat…and we have quite a few of them in this country right now. Straighten up before you kill yourself or more importantly..someone else. Grow up girl..it’s not all about you.

oh my, I really cant take it much more.I’m not talking about Paris,I’m talking about adults that cant write up to three sentences with proper grammar, and correct spelling. Now that’s sad!If I were a judge, and several of you were before me,it would be so easy.I would punish you by making you write a 500 word essay, and add a day in jail for every error your essay contained. Some of you would become “lifers” just based on that.pre-test: rewrite this math problem in words ( 1 + 1 = 2) most of your answers? (wun pus wun ekwooz doo, i tinx)yeah, that’s what I expected.

debbie, you are right about needing God. we all do.I bet the mighty penned “anonymous” would be praying like all hell if she were on an airplane about to crash. The Hilton story is no longer about doing time.No one deserves to be jerked around the way she has been. She didnt kill anyone.and alot of us know that cops use pretty strong words for some petty situations.she may have had a drink, doesnt mean she was drunk.speeding? I think L.A, is the speeding capital of the US.If any of you people were promised 23 days, then let out, then returned to face 45 days, you’d be friggin crying too.I know I would.Alot of people dont have their shit together at 35, let alone 25.Until you’ve walked in someone elses jimmy choo’s,go easy on the judgeing.judge not, lest not be judged.

Let her serve her term in jail as any other person will,if you break the law the law must take it’s role. This will serve as an example for all the celebrites who takes the law in their own hands all because they are rich, money can’t buy everything,my little advice to Paris Hilton is she should learn from her mistakes and change for the better

DANG! CRAZY LIFE! She needs Heavenly Father in her life! Thats what’s missing, but she definately deserves her time in jail like any normal human being would…I hope she can just deal with it and for once do something that she’s never been able to think she can handle. But God doesnt give u more than u can handle, so Paris, you can handle this chica. Its probably tough for you, but u deserve the punishment! Money can’t buy you everything, and once you’re spoiled, its a tough thing to break, but this is your break time in jail girl! I’m sorry, but I hope you learned your lesson! Do better next time! CHANGE for the better!!!!!!!!!! Ponder what u did! You’ll be surprised the difference u make if u are more charitable and selfless!

This comment is for Sherry — a traffic violation???? Is it all that simple really in your mind??? Get a life, take a life, no wonder society is so screwed up with this kind of mindset. I guess in your mind Paris can just carry on with her traffic violations while the rest of the law breakers pay the price -and those who lose their lives at the expense of joyrider traffic violators. Yes, indeed, POOR PARIS, good thing she has support like yours.

What an idiot you are Debbie. If you’re so into God and getting away from computers, what are you doing posting for Paris on a computer? Even if she read your phony letter, she would laugh at you. Why are you not in some poor country trying to help people who really need help that you might be able to offer? Help that takes a bit more action than prayer. In fact, there are many, many, many people within the US borders who need help more than Paris does.
It’s not about hate for Paris, you dope, it’s about anger that rich people get all sorts of special treatment by a law that is supposed to be blind - which, I think I must explain to you - means that the law is NOT supposed to take anything into consideration that is outside the crime - LIKE BEING RICH. That is what the judge was trying to do - but that sheriff was bribed and took the bribe to let her out. Now she has been moved to a room of her own, with a private bathroom - just like a hotel room. Her parents did not have to wait 5 hours to visit her - no - while every other visitor was waiting the 5 hours, they came in and were escorted right by those folk to visit her. You are one pitiful dope, debbie. Like someone said in a different space about Paris - “What a Paris.” hahaha

What would it take for these celebs to learn…what would they do if they killed someone drinking and driving? Is that what it would take for them to get the point? woohoo a whole 45 day jail sentence if they were a normal person they would be punished to the full extent in a REAL prison. These people have no excuse for ever drinking and driving. if they have enough money for a new outfit, new shoes, liquor. They have enough money for a chauffeur, taxi or a friend to pick them up. Get the point people.

I just wasted 15 minutes of time reading post after post of hatred for Paris Hilton. It saddens me to think that people don’t realize that the reason the world is in such a horrible crisis is due to people that throw hate around.
Yes, Paris was wrong. Does that give us the right to stone her with horrid corrupt words or to judge her? I don’t think so.
Paris (and this world) would be better off if people shoved themselves away from their computers and their judgements and spent their time on their knees praying to our Lord Jesus for forgiveness.
Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. (I should be hearing silence).
Paris…know that I and many others will be praying for you and your family in this time of need. May the Lord come into your heart in a mighty way and guide you into his will.
God Bless,
Debbie

Save your pity. Hilton is no role model for girls or young women (or anyone for that matter). She is a deliberately immature 26-year-old high school drop out (“I used to act dumb.”), who is probably also a drunk and has definately proven she does not care about innocent life. She throws foolish and embarrassing fits in a court of law. Now she is in a special facility for her newly - very newly developed illnesses of depression/ADD/claustrophobia. She is entirely phony. Everything about her is on the outside; her body, hair, etc. are all that matter to her; her brain is evidently a mere side issue. Maturity means you know it IS NOT all about you; you begin to grow out of yourself and realize you are only a very small part of a very big universe; you begin to care about others, not simply your egotistical id pursuits. You appreciate what a marvelous world and universe of which there is so much to learn. You pursue education with passion. That is maturity. That is what makes life worth living. Not excessive money; not being a drunk driver or a drunk or a phony. She has reduced herself to a bad joke. My new saying for those fools who do think it IS all about them: “What a Paris.”

In a way I sort of feel bad for Paris. Yes, she did commit a crime, but the reason I feel bad for her is that the publicity always surrounds her. No wonder why she was screaming; she doesn’t want to go back into a jail where all of the prisoners chant her name. But in the end, I think she got what she deserved.
