Jennifer Aniston: A Country Music Star!

Is Jennifer Aniston going to be the next Reese Witherspoon in “Walk the Line?”

Apparently, the Hollywood beauty will be producing and starring in a country music DreamWorks flick called “Goree Girls.”

The project is based on a true story about a group of women who were sent to Texas' Goree Prison in the '40's. While there, the women became one of the first all-female, western musical acts.

"We are so happy that Jennifer Aniston has brought this project to DreamWorks Studios as a producer," DreamWorks topper Stacey Snider said. "She has an intuitive sense of what can turn a strong concept into a film, and we look forward to working with her as we bring 'Goree Girls' to the screen."

Aniston’s ex-hubby Brad Pitt and Plan B production company is producing the film.

OMG Jennifer Maniston can’t act. All her movies Flopped (Rumors Has It, Derailed, Friends w/ Money). She’s not a box office star. Just tell her sell some water. Her 15 min. fame is long gone.Angelina is way better than her. This movie will flop big time.

I think this is wonderful for Jen - but I think she should stay away from Brad - Do you really think that Angelina will allow them to do this without interfernce? I think she is walking into more heartbreak.

It sounds to be very bad because of Brad Pitt participating this movie.

Jan, I hope you do go ahead and make this movie, you will be wonderful in it. But,,,,,,,, including BRAD PITT’s help may be a bad move….I think he is pretty much under JOLIE’s control and that may be a wrong move for you. Best of Luck. Your Star outshines them both!!!

I don’t believe that Brad would ever allow Jennifer to look better than Angelina. That’s great if they can all be friends but there has obviously been too much deception dealt towards Jennifer from the Brangelina camp, for her to be able to trust them with anything to do with her new successes! Please tread carefully Jennifer- you have a fan base that truely cares and believes in you.

This is great news…I can’t wait to see it. I love that it is based on a true story and I also love the story line. The only downfall is that Brad Pitt is involved somehow in this. I didn’t like him before Aniston, and dislike him even more now.
