I am glad they fired him, do you know how many people would have been glad to star on Gray’s, including myself. Some of these actors act like they are GOD. Why can’t they just do their jobs and shut up? As long as the next man doesn’t affect my pay check,I personally don’t care if you are gay or not. The Washington guy was out of line with his slur. But, he should have not lost his job. Don Imus was at work when he was cited making ugly comments about the ladies of Rutgers. Washington was not on live ABC TV (at work) when he made his remarks.

I liked Grey’s, but I will not watch any more. Although, I did not agree with Mr. Washington comments, I do NOT believe he should have been fired. Double standards exist in H-wood and in these United States on group relationships.

It is okay to ‘borrow’ (without paying for it) African American culture (you now call it POP culture), but is not okay for Mr. Washington to make a mistake and admit it.

I will make sure the youth in my 5000 member church spend more time reading since ABC has nothing worth watching on TV with strong Black African American men.

Rwanda and Sudan get little news coverage and Mr. Washington’s ill-fated comments has more air play. What’s wrong with ABC?

But it’s just like that in hollywood not saying that hollywood just aims to dog blacks only, because they don’t I’m sure everyone has had a struggle, or hard times no matter what race and we get mad and don’t watch what we say or do.
