Shonda has brought to television the best show that televison has ever had and the ratings prove that. Bring back Isaiah!!!!!!! Shonda needs to stand up for Isaiah and rehire him.

I think if you folks pay attention to the rest of Mr. Washington’s issues, you would find that he has a major anger problem. Not only did he use inappropriate slurs on the set against his co-worker he also put his hands around Patrick Dempsey’s throat in his “little confrontation”, and he’s had other problems with his anger in the past on other sets. I’m sure if anyone of you had your co-worker lay a hand on you, I bet you would have much more to say than Mr. Dempsey or T.R. had to say to or about Mr. Washington. Personally I’m glad to see the man go!!!!!! I truly hope he now can seek help and figure out his personal anger issues before he hurts someone, he is a good actor and was an asset to Grey’s, but I think anyone would gave a problem working comfortably with him.

I will continue to watch the show and if Mr. Washington continues to behave in such a manner I will just elect not to watch anything he is in. My choice.
