Is Whoopi Officially Taking Over for Rosie?

It's hard to fill Rosie O'Donnell's shoes, but Star magazine is reporting that ABC has found a replacement for the former "View" co-host: Whoopi Goldberg!

"She is liberal and outspoken but not crazy like Rosie was. She will be a perfect fit as far as the ladies on 'The View' are concerned," revealed a "View" insider.

So does this mean we're going to be seeing Whoopi very soon?

No, according to "The View's" publicist.

The publicist told us, "No offer has been made to any potential
candidate."

Pitiful Babs: You make this View to be new, still fresh,,,la la la,, bs bs ask your daughter. This is a still crappy show that finally had some life with…Meredith, then finally a real person, ROSIE.
