The legal war of words in Anne Heche’s divorce battle from Coley Laffoon is heating up.

In new papers just obtained by “Extra,” Anne asks for temporary sole and physical custody of their 5-year-old son Homer – claiming her soon-to-be ex has a preoccupation with sexually graphic material.

Anne also asked the court to deny his request for spousal and child support of $34,000 a month.

She claims her total monthly income is only $52,000 a month, and that Coley refused to get a job during their marriage.

Coley’s attorney did not respond to “Extra’s” requests for comment.
