TMZ.com reports the letter asks Lynne to stay away from the children if she is taking any medications that would impair her ability to be around them.

Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told “Extra” that it would not be appropriate for him to comment on what is the custody arrangement that currently exists between Kevin and Britney.

Kaplan added, however, that in California any custody plan, whether voluntarily agreed to or ordered by the Court, is always modifiable based upon a current analysis of what is in the best interests of the minor child.
