Paris Hilton Files Appeal

Paris Hilton's lawyer filed a notice with the court, vowing to appeal the hotel heiress’ 45-day jail sentence.

Look, people - Paris Hilton drove once, the first time, diu. The second and third pull-overs she was not, repeat NOT diu. She was, however, in violation of one time of her probation, namely driving on a suspended licence. It does appear, from this, that she has already learned, at least, not to drink too much and drive.

I also think she really intended to serve the sentence last weekend, to show she could be that kind of person. But, you know what, the little cell, alone all the time, was just way beyond her ability to cope. Paris Hilton is a delicate little daffodil, not a big, tough cactus. I really think, in that isolation cell, something broke inside her.

I am amazed she now continues to instruct her lawyers not to appeal this new sentence. I wonder if she is in mental shape to instruct anyone on anything. I bet her armies of lawyers, doctors, advisors and so on may have written it all out, shoved it in front of her and said, in effect, sign here.

At the very least, her attornies should be appealing the judge’s presumption in over-ruling the sheriff in how to run his jails and where to assign his prisoners. On this jurisdictional issue, I think on the law as it stands the sheriff, if he will fight, can win.

Surely, her parents, or one of them, must have her Power of Attorney, to act for her when, obviously, she is, at least for a while “too far gone” to act for herself.

Paris Hilton is being kept, by the sheriff in what amounts to a hospital room inside a jail. She is reported to be on prescribed hypotopic drugs, used profesionally for anxiety attack medication and also for mood control. Three doctors have seen her, and she is reported as not eating or sleeping, despite many, many hours now without sleep. Rumours are they are trying hard to keep her from curling into a ball and taking a real emotional and sensory “holiday” from the rest of us.
If this judge, in his pride and arrogance, refusing even to hear offered medical evidence in chambers is responsible for driving her mad, or permanently unseating her mind, there will be a very special place in hell reserved just for him.

All the factual postings by people who seem to know, indicate she is being singled out and punished far longer and far more heavily than if she was an ordinary, non-celebrity. Certainly, the sheriff has said, and he should know, that any other ordinary person sentenced to 45 days for non-violent offences would not even have spent the three days in jail. He says everyone, not violent, gets the sentence sliced in half for good behaviour and, in addition, there has long been a 10% of that and out rule. Not just for Paris Hilton, but for everyone. Got that. Everyone.

Ah, yes! The mindless mob gathers in the streets and on the blogs! Crucify her! Crucify her! Crucify her! Perhaps, too, they will cast lots for her fine dresses and precious jewels, that the words of the prophets may be fullfilled.

She cannot be put in the general population, you fool, because she will be assaulted, cut-up, very possibly raped by some butch lezzie or otherwise
mercilessly razzed and tormented. You are probably one of those people in older times who loved to attend public hangings, watch the victims dance and squirm, lose their bowel and bladder control and hope that the executioner would not break their necks too quickly. Your post indicates to me a far sicker mind than Hilton’s.

Ignoramuses such as Kelly, and fellow Paris-lovers, need to extract their heads from their anal cavities and face facts: Your hero drove a car after she drank and then managed to get caught TWICE while driving with a suspended license.

Probation isn’t a joke and she felt that if she violated her parole nothing would happen to her. Well it did and the vast majority of us poor slobs are enjoying the show.

It’s sad that this country pays copious amounts of attention to this talentless whore. And, believe me, nobody with an ounce of common sense is “jealous” of this brat. The woman doesn’t know the meaning of an honest day’s work - and neither do her equally braindead parents.

I sincerely look forward to the day when your loved ones will be killed by a drunk driver.

Just goes to show simply having money doesn’t build character. I blame our system more than Paris. What bothers me is they didn’t let all the prisoners out that acted like whiney little brats.

This is stupid we are even talking about this today…

Make her go to jail… Just like us regular people everyone should go to jail if they break the law and are caught.

It’s plain and simple…

She should be locked up for life without possibility of parole since I don’t believe in the death penalty

Paris is an icon of America and the
planet earth. The judge should exchange her jail time for talking to
youth by doing a fundraiser to prevent
gang affilitiation and violence.

This judge is ignorant and not utilizing her talents for the good of humanity. She could have been ordered to raise awareness and money for gang
children to educate them and give them opportunities to distance them from violence.

He could have ordered her to have a driver for two years and not drive her car.

Utilize her talents for the good of humanity.

PARIS, WHO DO U THINK U ARE ? B’COS UR FAMILY IS RICH , MEANS U ARE ABOVE THE LAW. IF U CAN DISRESPECT THE LAW BY DRIVING TWICE WITH SUSPENDED LICENCE. U EVEN GOT TO COURT LATE 4 UR TRIAL.” THE LAW MADE B’COS OF MR. NOBODY, SHOULD NOT BE BENT B’COS OF MR. SOMEBODY”.
THE TRIAL JUDGE WAS EVEN PARTIAL BY TELLING U TO REPORT URSELF IN JAIL AT A LATER DATE, HE SHOULD HAVE SENT U TO JAIL FROM THE COURT ROOM.TO ME THE JUDGE BENT THE RULE B’COS OF MR.SOMEBODY. IF IT IS MR. NOBODY LIKE ME, I’LL BE COUNTING THE DAYS I WOULD GET OUT BY NOW.
U EVEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO SPEAK THAT THE SENTENCE WAS CRUEL AND UNWARRANTED. U ARE EVEN ASKING THE GOV. ARNOLD TO PARDON U.THAT’S Y I BLAMED THE JUDGE WHO GAVE U A DATE TO REPORT URSELF.HAD IT BEEN THAT THE JAIL TERM TOOK IMMEDIATE EFFECT, U WOULD BE SAYING THAT FROM UR CELL.
SO, DEAR PARIS HILTON, PREPARE 4 UR 39-45 DAYS JAIL TIME AND STOP INFLAMMING THE SITUATION IN UR OWN INTEREST. REMEMBER THE PRISON GUARDS AND SOME INMATE ARE READING THESE UR ARROGANT COMMENTS AND THEY WILL WAIT 4 U.

Hey Paris, APPEAL THIS! You whiney, silly, petty little prissy, cry-baby. Take it like a man and do the time and shut the hell up. OOPS my bad… It’s no wonder we, the USA are looked at as spoiled and whiney people. Everyone just has to look at the likes of people like Paris Hilton to make that mistake. Get a grip. OOPS! My bad again. We only need to look at a certain couple of videos from your not-too-distant past to see that you actually do have a pretty good grip. Go cause problems in France or something and leave us out of your crap. We just don’t need to hear it.
