have no education — no real substance — it’s just sad.

This girl is going to crash and burn so quickly that she will may OD on alcohol and cocaine and die. Her father is an alcoholic and drug addict, so she obviously inherited his addictive personality. Her mother is just living off of her, which is disgusting. Her mother tries to look young in her skinny jeans and sexy tops, who is she kidding? The only reason she can is because she is LINDSEY LOHAN and she is just like PARIS HILTON they have had a money filled life and have never been responsible for their actions, and if you think she will serve any time for this you are mistaken she will get the mighty DOLLAR that talks for her and get out of this with a slap on the hand and told too keep her nose clean but if it was one of US we would be thrown in jail so fast we wouldnt have time to get a phone call….I am so tired of hearing about PARIS, LINDSEY, BRITNEY and all the other poor little RICH people, lets worry about how we are getting by paying for these high prices in gas, food, and taking care of our families. It’s very simple. Drink underage: against the law. Patronize a bar underage: against the law. Drive while intoxicated: against the law. Using drugs: against the law. I work in a jail and see these people all day long. They come in, get booked and do their time. The lucky ones whose Mommy and Daddy come and rescue them get out on bail but eventually have to do the time. I’m talking about those repeat offenders. The problem is that these people always have someone to rescue them which to me is like condoning what they did. When I was a kid, my parents would have left my behind in jail to think about what I did wrong. They made me take responsibility for my actions. People like Paris, Nicole, Lindsay and Britney think that just because they have money and fame that they are exempt from paying for their crime. It is a crime by the way….I hope the IRS investigates these girls. I’ll bet they cheat on their taxes too. My tax money goes to pay for the stupidity of the things these people do and I’m really tired of it. What do they do for charity????? There are young women their age fighting for our freedom in Iraq and they are not wondering about which $1200.00 purse goes with their new manaolo’s. These women of the armed forces are not obsessing if they look cute because they are covered in sweat,dust,dirt and blood dodging bullets/IED’s and all sorts of life threatening weapons.
They are just hoping to get home in one piece to their loved ones. There is so many things wrong with this picture.
My message to these “entitled” girls is the only way you will understand the impact of your actions is if someone you love or family member dies in an accident by a driver who was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If these girls hurt or kill someone they don’t know, it wouldn’t make a difference to them and that is so horribly sad.

Grow up and start taking responsibility for your actions. You could have killed somebody, like your passengers. The club owner should be arrested too for serving a minor.

i don’t understand why the club owners are getting away with serving a minor and even allowing her into their clubs. aren’t there laws in calif. about underage drinking. i know my kids had to be 21 to get served or even enter a club in florida. it would be hard for her to have fake I.D. any thoughts?

Why does the press think that the american public want to continually read and here about these spoiled rich brats? In the first place they were made by money and the media and have no talent to begin with other than to party and be irresponsible. Maybe someone will take note when they kill innocent people. If one of us got a dui we would lose everything we have but they can buy their way out. If they had to face what the average person goes through maybe they would think about it.They need to get stiff jail time to come to reality. What is the matter with the courts? Take away all their money and their livihood and then see just how smart and above it all they are.

I’m not worried about her. She has access to help … if she wants it. However, she knows what she is doing, chooses to ignore the impact of actions, has not taken full responsiblity of those actions, and continues to act irresponsibly. She needs a wake-up call and quit playing games. Not only is she putting herself at risk, she is putting every other person on the road in danger of being injured or killed because of her recklessness. I guess the thought process is, “as long as she doesn’t hurt anyone else, she hasn’t done anything wrong.”

BREAKING NEWS!!! Lindsey getting an OUI and passing out drunk in her friend’s car is breaking news on Memorial Day??!?? Never mind the brave men and women who have lost their lives fighting for the freedom we American’s have or the Russian bomb that can potentially threaten our defense system. That is extremely sad to know what is important to Americans… candy fluff and rich teenage party girls.

My boyfriend (who is a black man and I am a white woman) and I where walking down the street in Hollywood yesterday after leaving the liquor store with beer for our cookout. He got stopped and searched by the cops for WALKING with closed beer and Lindsey is underage drinking, partying at clubs (which should be fined for allowing a teenager to drink in their establishment), driving under the influence, and possession of coke and she is going to skate charges. What is wrong with the LAPD???

Just wanted to point out the things that made me wonder what is going on in intelligent American minds on a holiday dedicated to Memorializing lives lost.

It’s very sad to see the behavior that Lindsey continues to display. And it has all to do with a teenager’s brain and the lack of maturity in the prefrontal cortex. Due to the lack of neural structure adolescents can’t think on the same level as an adult… even though they think they can. Hopefully in 2 or 3 years, her brain will fully mature and she’ll be able to realize there’s more to life than partying till 5 a.m. “because I’m young, and that’s what people do”. In fact I believe in a few years (if she does not kill herself accidently first) she will become a conservative grown-up just as many wild children do when their brains finally grow up. That is if she doesn’t become a lifelong drug or alcohol addict first.
So the real question now is… Will Lindsey grow up to be the next Drew Barrymore or Robert Downey Jr., or worse, the late River Phoenix? Good luck Lindsey.
