It’s a double dose of good news for Dennis Quaid and his wife Kimberly – they’re expecting twins!

The twins will be born by a surrogate mother, but biologically they are Dennis and Kimberly’s kids.

They’ll have their bundles of joy by the end of the year.

Quaid, 53, who has a teenage son from his marriage to Meg Ryan, married Kimberly, 35, a former real estate agent, in July 2004.

Quaid is currently shooting “The Express,” which tells the story of Ernie Davis, the first black player to win the Heisman Trophy.
