Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have a brand new baby: a Beverly Hills mansion!

The $35 million, 10,000-square-foot home sits on 1.3 acres.

Of course, no mansion is complete without a tennis court and swimming pool, and TomKat is making sure that little Suri grows up in the lap of luxury and with plenty of space to play.

The new, gated "Casa Del Cruise" was built in 1937, and it is super close to new best buds, Victoria and David Beckham!

Tom is very lucky he went on to fame and fortune. He can buy his relationships like most people of money do. Without it he is “very ordinary” and probably would find it hard to get someone to go out with him let alone marry him! He is an unkept slob with zero class.
