I don’t think he got none….. of those fans that can’t speak or spell good English.But those of us who passed English,realize Sanjaya has lot’s of talent and gifts,singing,dancing creativity. Sanjaya will probably be in this industry for years. I see him making lot’s of albums.Tv,Movies,and then directing,producing.Sanjaya is and will continue to be an even greater Superstar !

People interpret singing differently.Some people like screaming,and some like mellow cool voices like Sanjaya.He is why our family support Sanjaya,we find ourselves singing his songs,after he sings them all the time,and don’t experience that with the others. Sanjaya puts something special into his songs,and without Sanjaya season 6,I think the show would have already been gone from TV for good.

If he continues singing as he has been—most definitely!

Sanjaya was a joke from the beginning. As Howard Stern wanted the worst singer to win. Sanjaya should have been embarassed to be on the show. Stars like Gina Glocksen should have never been voted off before him. Its a shame that america thought this was funny. Nothing against Sanjaya, he was good enough for the show just not a strong enough singer for the finals. Sorry they made such a joke out of you Sanjaya , they were not laughing with you they were laughing at you.

If you seriously think he can’t sing, then go blame the judges. In the first place, he wouldn’t be up on the stage singing if he didn’t make it during the audition. I’m sure you know who decides who’s IN and who’s OUT.

Sanjaya can’t sing very good. Give those who can sing a chance! He also needs to shave and do something with those eyebrows they are hidious. His hair needs something done to it to.

HE CAN SING. I WILL BUY HIS CD. I DON’T KNOW ABOUT JORDAN’S CD. BUT FOR SURE I WILL BUY SANJAYA’S CD. IF SANJAYA LEAVES THE SHOW, I DON’T HAVE TO WATCH IT ANYMORE.

This isn’t new — every season before has had one contestant that got by with a population of obsessive spammer votes and anti-AI votes. The only thing that sets them apart is that all the “worst” contestants of the past tried to better themselves, whereas Sanjaya has seemingly embraced his anti-AI voters.

Actually, there are two things that set him apart. Because Sanjaya is so blatant, what was once a guerrilla tactic is now common knowledge. By now, everyone has heard of votefortheworst.com and know for a fact that is why Sanjaya is still alive. They can’t discredit AI like they want to because now everyone knows that’s what’s happening.

The only one taking any real damage from this is Sanjaya. Nobody will give him a record deal after this. Obsessive tweens will buy his POSTER, but if he tries to release an album, he’ll be right up there with Paris Hilton and Kevin Federline. The best he can hope for after AI is a spot on MTV’s The Surreal Life.

Sanjaya has the tween fans voting, and I think he must have a bunch of family voting for him, and that’s why I think he is still in the run. Do I think he can win, yes because I don’t think it’s about talent anymore but a popularity contest.

He is a joke. He can’t sing and his hair is all he has which isn’t much in my book. This IS a singing competion not a hair contest.

I have watched AI since it first came on religiously, taping it if not avail-able at the time to watch. This is the saddist and most boring year ever. This kid is making a joke of AI…it’s not a singing challenge but a popularity contest and when people have websites to vote for the biggest loser or radio personnel asks all his listeners to vote, then he may be the winner. But American Idol will be the loser…..if this kid wins, no one will believe in AI again…it will be the demise of AI. That will be very sad. If only they could get back to the way they were in the beginning. What a shame that they are allowing this no singing joke to overpower everyone else on this show. He is making A JOKE out of all, but you guys think it promotes more viewers…
The question is….is he worth losing this show in the end?????? I’m sorry to see this happen to what once was a classy show……

If Mowgli or whatever his name is actually wins, I’ll have finally broken my American Idol Addiction. Once America wises up and actually gets rid of this no talent loser, I’ll be happy. How he got through when his sister didn’t is probably the most surprising thing of American Idol this season.

Sanjaya is good- for the high school choir. Come on, folks! His range is very limited. There are only so many Stevie Wonder songs that he can perform! There are some talented contestants with more to offer us than great hair.

I like Sanjaya. I think media has been successful in making people to hate him. I wonder how many of this haters have actually heard his singing. Most of the people just form their opinion reading or listening to the media. Sanjaya has a nice sweet tone to his vice which is unique. All those who call him a joke are a big joke themselves.

Sanjaya is a good entertainer, he gets people talking, look at everyone who has written on this site and you yourself is reading about him, but American Idol is a singing contest. Their are so many great singers right now in the contest, his voice is just not up to par. By keeping Sanjaya in, it defeats the entire point of American Idol. Sanjaya should become a game show host or the new face on MTV and call it a day. It’s pretty sad when the judges don’t even commit on his voice anymore, I mean, really what could they say: ” Ummm… you were in tune? ” The point is, he’s a entertainer, thats it, not a singing star. I think Simon needs to speak up and say HEY, this is for the BEST SINGER! Because really Simon and Randy and the only judges that give good constructive advice.

Let’s not take our frustration of Sanjia’s presence on Idol on him personally. His votes for himself are not what’s keeping him on. For some it’s turning out to be hatred for the boy who himself may be a victom when it’s all over. It’s easy to jump on a bandwagon and just go to town.
