TV's Workout Queen takes Aim at Your Diet

Actually….if you have fat over your abs…you ARE wasting your time doing crunches….at least as far as getting definition goes.

I still work abs with my clients anyway, because it’s awesome for posture and core balance when done RIGHT.

If you’re looking to get definition in your abs, clean out your diet and hit the trails for a good run :)

I do know that instead of crunches you do bicycles. start with knees up so lower leg is parallel to floor with the upper leg at a 90-degree angle, hands behind head. bring elbow up and opposite knee down to meet while extending the other leg and without lowering your upper body back to floor, you do the same thing with the other elbow

right elbow to left knee with right leg extended; lower upper body (but not to floor) then left elbow to right knee, extend left knee….like the motion of pedaling a bicycle.

The modified mule kick was like a mule kick hands and knees at floor, back flat. lift one knee off the floor, straighten leg behind you adn lift (while tightening ab muscles) and then instead of going back to the floor, you take your knee back down and then out to the side…you really feel this in your rear! then lower it and repeat. straighten leg behind, knee down, to the side, knee down, repeat.

3:30PM CST, there were Father’s Day gifts shown but I can’t find these on your site.

I am also looking for the segment that showed some simple basic excercises, for the stomach, legs etc. I believe it was the show that aired on June 8th? When you do a search it does not have a June 8th excercise segment. Can you please advise me accordingly. Thanks

I was watching your program on June 7 or 8 and you has a segment on some exercises for the stomach, legs and butt area. I can not find it in a search. I hope it was your show because I really would like to find the exercises that were aired.

As with many of the comments posted, I missed the show where Jackie was working out with Tineka Ray and she was telling her that crunches for exercise was a waste of time for the stomach. Would you email me and tell me what exercises is best for the stomach? Thanks
