You Tell Us: Is Rosie Worth $40 Million a Year?

Is “The View’s” Rosie O’Donnell really asking for a big raise to keep chatting with Elisabeth, Barbara and Joy?

Yes, according to a new report in Broadcasting and Cable, which revealed Rosie is asking for $40 million per year, which is $5 million more than Dr. Phil makes.

However, Rosie’s rep told “Extra” that the $40 million figure is absolutely false.

On her video blog, Rosie confessed that her TV future has yet to be decided.

“I have no idea. We take a family vote in May. We are going to decide then,” she dished to her fans.

I can’t believe so many people are so mislead that they think the WTC was an inside job. Can’t they see for them selves. Where were they when all the TV footage was viewed. And Rosie, boy I don’t know about our TV corp., I guess it is all about money. I can’t believe they would put her on the price is right. She stands for a very small % of our population and its going down all the time.

40 Million dollars???? If being obnoxious, humorless, anti-man, angry woman, anti-American, angry human, and obnoxious again is what America wants to see for an example of free speech and representation of “strong” women then she is worth every penny. Otherwise she is a waste of 40 million dollars.

40 Million dollars???? Obnoxious, humourless comedian, anti-man, angry woman, anti-American, angry human, and obnoxious again. If that is the kind of free speech and representation of “strong” women that America wants to see then she is worth every penny. Otherwise a waste of 40 million dollars.

Why is she famous again?? I think it was because of comedy, but she was never funny anyways. Unfortunately some Americans enjoy listening to an obnoxious, overfed, ignorant woman(questionably) who is definitely overpaid.

I am glad that she will no longer be on the show. I resent the fact that she can talk about what offends her in remarks that people make about her gender, but will be okay about people talking about other races and name calling. Also she is very mean spirted.

I am so glad! Rosie will be gone.
It is amazing in today’s society how people that are MENTALLY ILL like Rosie can get jobs and can come to CONTAMINATE our homes thru a show.

There is not a single job on this earth that deserves that kind of salary.

ROSIE is the best thing to happen to the VIEW,lets remember the reason shes leaving is the fact she just wanted to do a year. So to all those rosie trashers, just remember the truth in this situation. My hat gose off for ROSIE,shes the best.

Rosie needs therapy. She speaks without thinking. Something is very wrong with this person. Joy is another one who needs to leave the view. They are both simple minded and useless. Barbara I’ve lost respect for you.

Anonymous asked, What happened to corporate responsibility?” ABC is part of Disney’s’ Enterprise’s the responsibility lies ultimately with them. Is this the way they want to be seen? Perhaps they are planning a new theme park called Venomland.

Rosie will not get 40 million a year from ABC, that is Oprah money!! I can not stand her, The View (since Star left), or the disgust of the Joy Behar. Let these gals to get a show on Showtime, ala Bill Maher’s. There they can bash America all the want, and live in their Woodstock world..meanwhile the rest of us grownups can continue to work, pay taxes, watch our loved ones go to war WITH HONOR and not have to have this cow chew her cud in our faces each day. $40M that is obscene. What happened to coporate responsibility Rosie? Ohhhhh, if they are responsible to you with the dough it is okay..ah, I see. HYPOCRITES all of them. The worst among them Ms. Walters. I used to look up to her as I grew up, now..she has become Rosie Roadkill..

Rosie brings up the tough subjects. ABC does not need to get rid of Rosie, they need to get a better person to represent the right view instead of the wasteful Elisabeth. She is not intellignet and boring. In fact, everything she says is right off the right-wing daily talking points. Rosie is good for television. If you do not like to hear people talk about the important subjects, go watch something else and stop complaining.

Rosie has reached a point where she contributes more discussion to the View than the other three combined, so of the four, she is worth the most.

Forty million, however, would be pushing her luck.

Men should be held accoutable for their anti - american statements. I mean what ever happen to the celebrity that said they would live the country when president bush was elected. I mean give me a break Just shut up and Entertain. Vote the way you want to vote but don’t tell us how to!!!!!!!!!

Sadly, people don’t realize that IF a man was saying what Rosie is saying, no one would think much about it, in fact men do talk like this and in front of a camera.

The only reason anyone thinks bad of this is because she is a female and a Lesbian. Other women turn on her because they wish they had the balls to be as brave as she is.

Even IF I don’t agree with everything she says, I LOVE it that she has the nerve to say it. Its long since been time that women stand up and speak out.

Rosie is horrible. I refuse to watch The View any longer. If she thinks she can be a better President then go do it yourself. Even if there were bombs in the WTC it doesn’t change the fact that thousands died and it was an act of terrorism. I am glad we have a President who will stand up for the country and our freedom and protect us.

Rosie’s constant rantings have turned me off from watching the View. Rosie doesn’t debat the topic, she rants on and on about it and then when someone disagrees with her she gets louder to drown them out or ignors them and changes the subject.

Way to go ABC for allowing freedom of speech and thought, as personified by Rosie. Anyone who wants more information about Sept 11 should read the book “The New Pearl Harbor” by David Ray Griffin, and also google “False flag operation”.
