Now that her BFF Salma Hayek has a little one on the way, are Penélope Cruz’s motherly instincts kicking in too?

“Extra” has learned yes! The 32-year-old beauty opened up about her desire to adopt, telling the Spanish issue of Marie Claire, “For awhile I’ve had the feeling that my life won’t be complete if I don’t adopt.”

I too think it is great! Let’s hope that she decides to adopt someone from either the US or from her own country. So many in the US, Spain and Ecuador are needing and deserving of a wonderful mother!

i think it’s great that penelope cruz wants to adopt. i’ve known for a while that she has wanted to have children and she will be a good mother. she needs to meet her soul mate, a man that will treat her right, she is a great actress and beautiful and i love her accent. was hoping for her and orlando to be together. she seems compassionate and down to earth and he seems nice, and compassionate, and down to earth. that would be great if they became a couple and she had his kid. their kids would be gorgeous. hook up penelope and orlando.
