I’ll choose to simply not buy it. Paula Zahn is good people. She’s probably one of the most kindest, sweetest, most down-to-earth people that I know of, and it ticks me off that certain people (i.e her soon-to-be-ex) is trying to run everybody through the mud. The truth is: Ms. Zahn was beginning the process of filing divorce papers to end her marriage when this bogus claim “mysteriously” popped up in the NYP. I don’t think it was an accident at all. I think this Cohen was behind it. Why? When “EXTRA” correspondent Jerry Penacoli (though his sources) said that he heard that this Cohen was trying to peddle the same type of lies to anybody else in the media that he could get his hands on…which didn’t work. In any case, if this guy got caught on one end doing this stuff, it’s logical to assume that he’s done it before on the other end. It’s obvious that Cohen had something to do with it. And here’s another truth: The marriage has been over since 2004, and it was a direct result of what happened during the Pale Male Hawk incident. In short, her husband controls this famous building in NYC that had this nest on top of it, and one day, he decides to take it down. Immediately, animal rights kooks start protesting trying to get the guy to change his decision. And when he didn’t, one man within this protest group chose to try and beat up Ms. Zahn and two of his kids. Now THAT is disgusting!! (Going after woman & children always is) It was made a hell of a lot worse when Cohen, amazingly, looked the other way. Because of that, the guy who went after her was allowed to walk, no charges were filed, and, to add insult to injury, the nest was put back up!! Understandably, Ms. Zahn was (from what I’ve read) totally devastated!! Her marriage, she decided, was over at that point, and they’ve been living 9essentially) separate lives ever since. And this Cohen acts surprised? Please! He should look in the mirror if he wants to find out the reason everything went…POOF! You don’t sell out your family to a bunch of damn birds!! You, also, don’t stand by and let somebody go after them, then let him walk without punishment!! And I just wonder if it ever occurred to this guy that maybe he could’ve hired security to protect Ms. Zahn and their children? The last time I checked, the guy is this big shot millionaire real estate type, so I know it would’ve been easy for him to do so. What? Is this guy on welfare, or something? Or get nothing but an SSI check every month? Or is he just broke? Of course, the answer is obvious: Cohen had other priorities…like those Pale Male Hawks. Sad. Truly sad.
