Move over Joan and Melissa Rivers, there’s a new fashionista taking over the TV Guide Channel.

“Extra” has learned actress Lisa Rinna will be the new red carpet queen for the network.

But don’t tune to TV Guide just yet; Rinna’s inaugural red carpet event will take place at the Emmy Awards in September!
