Just hope the little guy stays as far away from you as possible.
He might have a chance at becoming a decent human being.
That is the most intelligent thing I have ever heard D.T. say…
Kind of like the bizarro world…???
Don Imus should not have said that but c’mon, those girls probably have lyrics worse than that in their ipods.
Wow some of you folks here really need to get a clue on the free speech thing. Free speech is all about people saying things you may not like. Imus said things you don’t like, so you want him off the air. And then suppose they throw off the air the person you like for something said in passing filling a daily 4 hour show.
I think for many of you, your own intolerance of views you don’t like is showing.
You are fired. Get6 a haircut. Rosie rules. No I am not gay……
Thank you Mr. Trump for sticking up for Imus. It was a joke that went bad. I think Imus will be back. I miss his show as many people do.
Words are like toothpaste, once they are out, you can’t put them back.
However, My friends from the 70’s had a reunion in Las Vegas, and stayed in the Alladin, now Planet Hollywood.
I took a picture at night, when work for the day was long gone, and on the building, which I have a picture……
“PLANET HO”.
Doesn’t our Govenor, have an interest in Planet Hollywood?
These weren’t words spoken, these were words shining across Las Vegas for a couple of days?
We were girls of yesterday during a renunion, so our caption over the building read…..Memopause comes to Vegas.
Joy
It was sad to hear someone talk about our young ladies like Imus did. The girls are in college trying to get an education and here comes someone calling them nasty names. I don’t care how far we have come. It’s always someone trying to pull us down. What is it about black people that someone always want to insult us. Thank God our ancestors taught us that sticks and stones may break our bones, but words will never kill us. If that were the case then all black people would be dead.
Come on whatever happen to free speech? Isn’t that what been an American is all about? am black and Imus comments did not bother me at all come on you all GROW UP please……….
imus’ show was about his subjective thoughts. what he said was meant in a joking manner. while watching “flavor of love charm school”, one of the black contestants commented about how she doesn’t watch “them stupid white people shows”. she wasn’t kicked off. i see it time and time again. reverse discrimination perpetuated by white guilt which the current generation had nothing to do with. i honestly believe that there are way many more black racists than white ones.
Sure… the “Don” is obviously a friend or atleast acquaintance of Imus. But I don’t care, black or white.. the comment that Imus made was repulsive, now I am a part black and part white and I am positive that if it were a black man calling white people derogatory names it would be a huge problem. I know that most black people were offended but I just think that in a way we are kind of used to it just from past experiences. It’s not fair.. I know America has freedom of speech but it’s just sad to see that a man in control or supposedly in control would have the audacity to say what he said… I mean, did he think his entire audience was completely white and hateful as he is. Shame on him and anybody else that tries to cover up his huge mistake. I hope he never makes it on the air again.
Since when is Donald Trump the voice of reason? I don’t as most people view this as black/white issue. What Imus said offends me as a woman. Do I think rap artists should be held acccountable for some of things they say in their songs, yes. Should their vulgarity be played on the radio, no. What makes Imus’ comments more shameful is that he made specific comments about a specifc group of young ladies. Shame on The Don for saying people should just move on. Thanks Donald for giving me yet another reason not to watch anything you are involved in.
I think they made way to much out of his comments. In todays world you have to watch every little thing you say or it becomes a racial thing. What ever happened to freedom of speach? The man apologized many times. Get over it and move on. I beleive he will be back. I’M glad Donald Trump stood up for him..
I am black and have watched those revolting videos played to our black boys, and know that we are our own worst enemy. It’s all done in the name of money. Donald said what all white people are thinking. I am also revolted by those “Girls Gone Wild” commercials. We are going backwards instead of forward girls!
HI DONALD— I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU ON A SOCIAL AND BUSINESS SCALE www.TennesseeWinstonLuke.com CALL ME ANY TIME.
Both Donalds stood up for their beliefs, and you better believe if something nice was said you all could have given a #$#^$. Don’t critize unless you wan’t it back.
Glad Don stood up for Don…
Made my Day….!!
Glad your alright Don.. now if I could just stop singing that song to Ford…
Big Thank You’s go out to both
The Donald’s..
I am so thankful for Donald Trump and his courage to speak up for his friend. I hope he is back on the air soon.
Way to go Trumpster!
Imus WILL return.
trump’s actions make me sick! as a grown man of over 60 years, what he says and what he does is no way to show the world how to act and the media, including extra, is just perpetuating his buffoonery. it amazes me why the media is giving him airtime when he clearly is just trying to drum up publicity for his FAILING tv show (no one watches) and his crumbling public image (no one cares). his antics are not news nor are they entertainment. the media need to draw a line and know when to keep publicity-seekers off the air.
donald trump is the best
