Britney Lets Loose for Sister's Sweet 16

Wearing short shorts, a newsboy cap, a wig and cowboy boots, a rehabbed Britney Spears was out on the town Tuesday night to celebrate her little sister’s sweet 16.

Brit arrived hand in hand with a gal pal, as she raised a glass to her sis Jamie Lynn, who stars in “Zoey 101” for the Nickelodeon channel.

While Spears celebrated with her family, “Extra” cracked a new rumor that Brit has an all-new post-rehab romance!

According to new reports, Brit’s new man is musician Howie Day.

You can be sure “Extra” will keep you posted on this budding new romance!

Britney, Keep working hard at your recovery. Remember who you are a mother who has values and don’t ever forget that. Pictures can’t change what I see in your eyes its your soul and I see a good person who got lost for awhile. Your going to make it, I feel that deeply. One other thing don’t get into a new relationship right now you need to put all you energy into youself and your boys.
