New Details on Wynonna's Scandalous Split

Country singer Wynonna Judd is singing a sad tune today after learning that her husband, D.R. Roach, was busted on three counts of aggravated sexual battery of a minor.

As a result, Roach now sits in jail on a $750,000 bail, and “Extra” got the full arrest report and divorce papers.

The papers, which cite irreconcilable differences, were filed by Wynonna on Tuesday.

But we’ve learned the couple has actually been separated since Feb. 18, just days before Roach checked into rehab.

On Wednesday, Wynonna told “Extra,” “I am obviously devastated. Our family will pull together and begin the healing process.”

I feel so bad for her and some people are just cruel with their remarks. It’s NOT her fault! Why do people feel the need to bring up her weight etc.? She is a victim herself. The people making rude comments need to think.”If it was your spouse would YOU want cruelty or compassion after finding out your world as you’ve known it is gone?” Don’t kick someone when their down. I pray she gets through this. She puts her kids first and maybe everyone who is slamming her should DO THE SAME! DARLA OF INDIANA

She’s been through a lot in her life and now this. Hopefully it will help her to choose a mate wisely next time and if he did anything horrible he should stay away from her children.

Wynonna has two young children. Did this creep marry her in order to get close to one of them? If you got the full report on his arrest, why are there no details on how his crimes were discovered?
