Britney's Date with the Smile Guru

“Extra” has learned that pop princess Britney Spears made another emergency visit to the hospital Wednesday.

But it’s not what you think!

Britney visited an L.A. medical clinic to see dentist-to-the-stars Dr. William Dorfman, the famed smile guru from TV’s “Extreme Makeover.”

She reportedly spent several hours with Dorfman, and we hope to see her pearly whites again soon!
