HKS had the means, the motive and the opportunity both times. Everybody on her side of the family thinks he had something to do with it including the boy (hired a detective because he was suspicious) and anna (said you are responsible for this when boy died.} Theres too many coincidences. Hes acted funny and hes terrible at acting sad, ya know with the crocadile tears on tv interviews. He keeps snapping pictures in poor taste like when shes with her dead son or stoned while pregnant because they are worth money. He tried to hold the baby under false pretenses for ransom.God Almighty get on with it and put HKS and his helpers behind bars!!!!!!!!the shrink and him even hang out together according to the
people who did the search warrant on her house. Next the Enquirer will get a photo of them bumping uglies. How much proof do you need? Theres gonna be more than the OJ trial. Get it over with. THe authors are waiting……………..

I believe that Anna Nicole deliberately set herself up or out-and-out killed herself. Why? I believe that her son Daniel either found those drugs his mother had or she gave drugs to him and they were lethal. I believe she was just inconsolable about his death and her involvement and killed herself.

i believe hks, killed anna and her son, he looks guilty and he is not a person that I would want my baby to be anywhere near. I believe, he took control of anna’s person thru drugs, when a person becomes a drug addict, it is very easy for a con artist to take advantage of them, anna seemed very child like, even tho she was in the type of body he had. anna’s mom vergie loved her daughter, and wanted to save her, but it is hard to catch up to a wayward child when they have ventured so far out in the waters of life in this world and from the safety of family
they should have given anna’s mom her body and her grandson’s body, howard should not have any say in this issue because once she died and was not married, it became a family affair, howard is not family. i hope she had time to make peace with God for the life she has lived.

It makes sense to me, even though Anna Nicole Smith had many different prescriptions bottles in her room, it does’nt necessarily mean that she had taken them all; especially if they are prescribed to someone else.

From what I understand living blood levels of a drug can be elevated twenty times or more in a post mortum blood sample if redistribution is not taken into consideration.

That is, when a person dies, the drugs in the tissue dump into the aterial blood and thus the consentrations are much higher after death. Dr. Graham Jones has researched the subject as well as many other experts and yet this information may not have been taken into considered in her autopsy.

Some one should look into this. It seems very strange that this poor woman and her one son had died within such a short period of time.

And, it is completely possible that she had died of heart weakness and a bad case of the flue.

I’d sure like to know if the latest toxicology science was applied in her case.

Someone should look into whether or not the toxicology was done properly. From what I understand, drug levels rise twenty times or more in the blood stream after death. It seems that there are some toxicologists that are not up to date and believe that live blood drug levels are the same as post mortom. There are various procedures required in taking post motum blood samples; including,proper location of the blood draw sight; a short window of time to make the draw; and, limited movement of the body until the draw is made, among other things.

The reason for all of this is redistribution. that is, when a person dies, the drugs in the body tissues begin to dump into the aterial blood; which will increase blood drug levels drasically, leading to a false conclusion as to the living drug levels in the blood; and therefore number of pills taken.

I FEEL HOWARD STERN MADE SURE ANNA NICOLE RECEIVED ALL THE DRUGS SHE WANTED.(OR THERE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SO MANY IN HIS NAME) I THINK HE TRIED TO GET HER TO HAVE A MISCARRIAGE. WHICH WOULD HAVE LEFT HIM WITH ANNA AND THE FUTURE MONEY. INSTEAD SHE DIED.

I thought it is unforgivable what the press and news media portrayed Howard Stern as a possible murderer.
He is a good man who loved Anna very much
along with her son and daughter.The only thing he has left of Anna is that little baby. I think it will destroy him if he ends up not being the father of that child. He was the one person that consistantly stood by her no matter how bad things got. He doesn’t deserve the
bad image that is being portrayed in the
media. The poor man has lost so much and is grieving. I pray that God will be with
him, his family and when it is all over
Howard will be proven innocent.

ANS was a drug addict brought on my doctor’s who were slap happy with perscription drugs. Anyone that has ever dealt with a drug addict whether perscription or otherwise would know that you cannot help them unless they want help and ANS did not want help.


To Blame HKS is crazy. From stories broadcast by malicious reporters, they claim he should have insisted on calling 911 when she had such a high fever. Well ……. I have been there done that, even had he called if she had refused treatment when they arrived which she probably would have, they would not have treated her.

You are all so quick to judge HKS, LB was with her for two years and did nothing either. I don’t think anyone is to blame except for ANS herself and the doctors who were oh so happy to presribe her all the drugs she wanted.

I think Larry Birkhead helped push her over the edge myself. Does anyone know the pain a mother suffers over the loss of a child? I guess Larry didn’t or he could have given her a little time to deal with it before telling her he was coming after her other child. Like what 3 weeks after her son has died? And you think “HE’ has morals? I think that was way to much for her and she was weakened from all the stress , and maybe was taking more PRECRIPTION PILLS then she would have normally. I also think no matter how much crap Howard is taking because of it- he is only doing what he thinks Anna would have wanted. I saw the fox video where Anna said sumbag Larry , he’s not EVEN the father. That was not Howard speaking that as ANNA. Seems anyone Anna chose not to have around wishes to blame Howard for it. I guess it makes it easier on them then saying, hey she could not stand me, it had to be Howards fault. In one of the Journals back in 1991 she wrote she called her mother a fat pig and told her she never ever ever wanted to see her again. That was way before Howards time. These people need to step up to the plate and accept some blame as to WHY Anna didn’t want to be around them. Birkhead is way to much of a baby to be raising one. He promised not to sell pictures then said well ok I did but they made me mad- oh boo hoo get even baby! They made me mad so I got even - what kind of crap is that. Another thing if what he said about the duffle bag in the hospital was true( which I really doubt) then how guilty was he for sitting there watching it and not telling anyone like a doctor or something?

I think there was foul play with both Daniel and Anna, have said that from the beginning of this. When you have problems with pills anyone can feed you more until you die. Who, is the question and if you are only going by gossip you will never find the right answer. Who was the closet to both of them and who had the most to gain. Obvious is who everyone looks at, now who else would have had a motive? Dannylynn is the one suffering here and the DNA was taken in the Bahama’s and it does not take that long to get it back. The media is draging this out and I say lets find out who gave the pills to Daniel and Anna and for the baby’s sake lets end this and tell the person who is the father he can now raise his child. Two seperate questions and two seperate answers.

Even if stern didn’t kill anna nichole, he could have done something to help her buthe didn’t.If thats love,I hope nobody ever loves me that much.But I think Howard and anna deserved each other,they are both pathetic.Anna used every man in her life and she made larry believe he was the father until he tried to stop the drugs That was a mean head game.And if she cared about the baby danilynn, she would have tried to stop the drugs for her..after loosing one child. and that goes for howard too.Howards lawyers dance around everything to defend him, but I wish someone would ask Christa Barth one question..As a mother, would she let her own kids stay in the care of Howard K stern even for one day..I’m sure she would say yes..but I’m sure she would be lying..and if she would let her kids stay with Howard she is no better then anna nichole herself.. I would hope she loves her kids way too much to ever leave them with howard..

I don’t believe for a minute that Howard K Stern has anything to do with the murders, but suspicion falls on him, only due to his being the last one near both Anna and her son at their deaths.

If the reasons given in here by commenter’s that he was involved in the deaths, then why hasn’t Larry Birkhead, strangely died? He seems to be a huge obstacle. And, it is strange that the son of the millionaire died suddenly of an infection. Someone may be responsible for these deaths, but that may never be discovered.

And, why haven’t we been told the findings of Anna’s death, and who is the real father of Danielynn? It is evidently known now.

I think Stern killed Danny then killed Anna Nicole to silence her testimoney at Danny’s inquest. I believe he had planned Anna’s death to occur on the legal safety of the seas but in setting up the progressive illness stage, he administered too much a little too soon.
Stern had done his reseach and had set up her estate to not only make him the beneficiary but even had a corporation that made her assets his assets. He tried to hide Danny’s death with a pathologist- for- hire and Anna’s with coached witnesses and lies. It’s all starting to unravel Mr $tern. Poor poor Dannielynn being used and under the same roof as Stern.

I’m intrigued by the idea that H.K.S. had soemthing to do with even J. Howard Marshall’s death now too. Honestly in this day an age why should anyone die so suddenly from an “infection.” Aren’t people with HIV living for decades now? And look at how quickly people like Sheryl Crow have beaten cancer. Moereove modern CSI is so incredible in its possibilities yet there seems to be no conclusive autopsy finding on COD for either Anna or her son. I this 1940?!

This is really starting to creep me out! ANS seems to have attracted the requisite parasitic archetypes of the blonde bombshells she’s been compared to.

Is it possible that Anna Nicole returned to the USA and “died” because she realized Howard Sterns whole plan and wanted the USA to be able to intervene somehow? The video taped message to her mother where she stated “I will never speak to my mother again” and “bring it on mommie dearest” seemed more of an S.O.S. or a request for vindication upon her death than what the media has interpeted it to be i.e., a disinheritance of her mother. After all, her mother was in law enforcement.
