To Howard with the theory: You haven’t been watching the news my friend. The DNA results were revealed on April 10. Larry’s the father.

EVERYONE READ THIS AND LETTME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK:

my theory is that poor little danny-lynns father is her own brother…..before you pass judgment read on…..my reason for this is that Howard was in love with Anna and I believe that she confided in him that Danny was little Danny-lynns father and he got jealous and killed Danny then Anna was in an intense amount of grief and Howard said something to her about giving Danny the wrong medicine and too much at one time, then chose to profess his love and she couldn’t take it so she took her own life….and Howard had decided to play it off as though he were Danny-lynns father but he isn’t…..he’s just scared about going to jail for murder and losing the only connection he has with Anna (Danny-lynn) thank you for your time

DOes anyone care about that POOR baby girl ,, IF anyone is Greedy its Anna Nicole’s Mother and all these People who come out of nowhere claiming to be this lil girls father…The only father she knows is Howard and How many of us were not raised by our biological Father and still had awsome dads . I THink Howard is trying to honor ANNA’S wishes SHe obviously had reasons to want Howard as the father And did not want her MOTHER to even go close to the baby . I think PEOPLE should remember that . I do think that Howard is NOT the Biological father BUt he is her DAD and as for LArry if he turns up as the father I think they should both Share HER !!!

I am glad that Howard K. Stern has hired a lawyer such as Lin Wood. Hooray for you Mr. Stern. In the United States, you are supposed to be innocent until found guilty. The media and public have condemned you before knowing the facts. This world is so backwards to me. I know what you are going through, it’s heartbreaking, I feel for your parents wanting to protect you. You know if you were living in Colorado, your marriage to Anna Nicole Smith would be legal. Colorado recognizes common-law marriages. Too bad you didn’t have property in Vail. All this would be over with. As far Dannilynn, that cute little daughter of yours in certain ways when she moves her head, I can see you in her. A lot of people don’t understand why you should take a DNA test when you are already on the birth certificate. You never doubted about being the biological father. Anna Nicole Smith put you down as the father and recognizes you as the father. So to me no matter what the outcome is, you are the father, but unfortunately it is not up to me. You really don’t have to be the one that has to prove anything. All this hoopla about “if he is not scared, he should have a DNA test done”. *HOLLERING* HEY PEOPLE, DO YOU SEE HOWARD RUNNING SCARED? NOOOOO he is not. All of this is just making me crazy. I see the compassion and love in your eyes Howard. All I see in the mother of Anna Nicole is “revenge” and if she gets the baby oh my that baby will pay for every thing Anna said about her. I see confusion with LB, he wants the baby to be his but is really not sure, thinking he has revenge on his mind too for Anna dumping him, he doesn’t sound sincere to me either. Why would he send Anna in a whirlwind of added stress, thinking that drove her over the edge. No wonder she was taking this that and the other. I just want to mention this one thing. My son took a DNA test for a child he knew wasn’t his child. The test came back 99.9% the child is not his. He never was married to this woman, never claimed the child, never loved this woman, and dated this woman only a few times. We turned all this information to Social Services and the court knows this in Colorado and my son is still paying child support for this child because they refused to hear his case. Unlike you Mr. Stern we don’t have the funds to fight this nor am I not financially able like your parents are. It is different when you are in love with the mother and was there for her every waking moment. I hope the best for you Howard and I side with your sister Bonnie and brother on this one. Unfortunately this is the way the system works here in the states as you know since you an Attorney. All these other people that want to claim Dannilynn only want the little fame and money that goes along with her for their own selfish gain. I know you will be a good protector of little Dannilynn. God forgive if the grandmother gets a hold of this child because she will be sold on the market for every blood cell she has in her body just for money. Greed is not good. Since this Easter Sunday, Let He Who Is Without Sin Cast The First Stone. Nobody has the right to judge you Howard only God can do that.. Be blessed Howard.

I agree. If Howard really is the dad, why was he so hesitant in taking a DNA test? Why did he and Anna move to the Bahama’s? Was this part of Howard’s and Anna’s plan to befriend the president of the Bahama’s to gain special favor for Howard or should I say Anna’s request? After all, you saw the pic’s of both Anna and the Prime Minister or President (what ever he is called) together. Isn’t it too funny both had a desire to moved to the Bahama’s while Howard was under trial with Larry to determine who was the father of Dannilynn. With both Anna & Howard claiming their residents in the Bahama’s, mostly likely the court system of the Bahama’s would rule in her (Anna’s) favor. I believe Anna trusted Howard. This is why I believe she named him father. She knew if she named him father, she would not have to share custody of Dannilynn with Larry or anyone else. I don’t believe she knew her days were numbered like Daniel. If this was not the case, why is Howard still claiming resident and holding Dannilynn hostigage in the Bahama’s? Why don’t he come back to the states where he belongs and let the court system here decide. Is it because he has no pull here? Every thing that comes out of Howards mouth is “this is what Anna wanted”. Perhaps, maybe part of that is correct, because she trusted that snake! Is anyone truthful today? Do you think Larry can get a fair trial in the Bahama’s? Even if he really is the father proven with DNA, will they actually tell him he is the father or will money talk! Wake up world, Larry claimed to be the father when Anna was alive. What did Larry stand to gain? He would have NEVER been put over Dannilynn’s trust fund. Why, because Anna was alive! Anna Nicole would have been the custodial parent of Dannilynn’s trust fund even if they shared custody. (This is what I believe Anna did not want, “SHARED CUSTODY”. It was easier to say Howard was the father, when in fact he wasn’t. Bring the trial to the Bahama’s and gaining favor with the Prime Minister or President (what ever you call him) would put the case in her favor. I agree with Nan, someone needs to look into the death of Danniel and Anna Nicole. Quite interesting, now with both Anna Nicole & Daniel out of the picture…. and Howard claiming resident of the Bahama’s where the custody battle was started, should he be named the father, HE will be over Dannilynn’s trust fund. Strange, with the death of both Daniel and Anna Nicole, Howard is the only one who has something to gain! As far as all the other prospects, they all came out of the closet after Anna’s death wanting something for nothing. You tell me who was around both Danniel and Anna Nicole during their death? Who trusted who? I agree, someone needs to push money and fame aside and really investigate this case! It’s easy to say drugs played a part.

What happens if they never find out who the dad is?
I really hope though, they find out it is the old dude she married. Seems like thats the only man she really ever loved. And then maybe the baby will end up with all that money….not any greedy guy that thinks he is the dad. Howard Stern would then have custody of her and keep her safe….I think he is really getting a bad rap. Howard did everything for Anna…..he loved her. He would have never killed her or Daniel. You can just see the pain in his eyes….Anna was a very complicated woman and Howard just wanted to make her happy. It’s not his fault she was a drug addict. Yes, maybe he could have tried to get her help…. but come on she was Anna Nicole Smith for god sakes…..she did what she wanted. Just think of the pain poor Howard is going thru……He is a very talented attorney and could give Dannilynn a wonderful life. At least he has a wonderful and supportive family. Cannot say that about Larry. Anna got him out of her life and it must have been for a very good reason. He is just a playboy looking to cash in on her fame and wealth. Howard had been with Anna for a very long time….and I think that Anna feel in love with him, because he was the only one who stuck around and put up with all her problems. Poor Howard and Dannilynn. Also Howard really loved Daniel very much also, and I am sure he really misses him too!
My heart goes out to him! May Daniel and Anna rest in peace…..And I hope Anna’s Mom Vergie rots in hell. A good mother would have never done what she did….she trailer trash….she does not deserve to be apart of Dannilynns life….Anna would roll in her grave….

That baby is Larrys don’t have to look twice to see it…Even saw an interview of Larrys sister and Dannilynn looks just like the female side of Larrys Family…

All this hassel of Howards is bull crap.
If he is so sure that the baby is his why is he fighting the paternity..Get it over with then the world would know and so would he…To deliberatly hold another persons child for his own games is criminal in the end..Give Dannilynn to the real father and be done with it

I have heard a rumor on the East Coast that the preliminary tests came back and it’s “Howard K.” as father. Maybe it’s just, as I said, rumor, but I read it on a celeb. blogging site. I’ll try to find it and link it here later today when I get in.

Myself, I have thought from Day One that Howard K. was the father.

Babies are ALL born with rather small noses; you can’t go by the fact that Danni has a tiny nose and Howard doesn’t. Larry Birkhead had a very prominent long nose when he was younger (I saw his high school photo reprinted somewhere on the ‘net and it was a big one, let me tell you, until he got his nose job.)

Dannielynne looks most like Anna, though; she looks like a darling little round-faced baby. Anna is one quarter Sioux Lakota Indian (Maternal grandma was a Lakota full blooded) and Dannilynne takes after her,too, I bet.

And if you look closely you will see Howard in her little face. The puffy cheeks and the mouth and eyebrows. Yep, she’s Howard’s baby. Sorry, Larry.
