Ellen - you brought humor, dignity, warmth, celebration, and good clean fun to the most prestigious hosting job in the world. WELL DONE on a job brilliantly carried off with style and panache. You deserve tons of adulation. It is heartwarming to watch you blossom and grow with every show and performance. Ellen did a truly AMAZING job!! You could really tell she was blessed to be there, and as she said on her show, the fact that they believed in her to host it meant a lot to her. and she showed them that she deserved it. I hope to see her hosting it many many many more times! Fabulous hosting performance!!!

If anyone can put a new twist on the “old”
Oscars, that would be Ellen! And that she did! I Loved it! She’s a real people- people, you know what I mean? I love that about her, that’s why her Star shines bigger and brighter. Job well done sister,keep up the good work.

Ellen was the best since host Johnny Carson. Loved that the show honored the nominees so much. She was very funny but not egotistical and upstaging to the event like Seinfeild. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed the show so well. Oh - yes I can - it was the last time Johnny hosted!

She is doing a great job at the Oscars night. No matter some people said something not good after the performence. She always think of the positive way . I love her every performence. Keep doing it Ellen and hope see u more to host the Oscars or any show u like to do it. Luv

Disgusting and amateurish. This is the best talent the Oscars could muster? No wonder the ratings were in the toidy. Ellen is certainly not entertaining. She is just corny.

Ellen was wonderful — very natural and very funny.

ellen was perfect and hilarious! i was laughing out loud! whoever said jerry seinfeld should have hosted is HIGH… jerry’s only good in very small doses. ellen carried it through to the end and i hope she is the standard from now on!
