Teri Has Top-Secret Summit with Former President Bush

Did Teri Hatcher have a secret parking lot meeting with a president?

Yes -- Photographers spotted the “Desperate Housewife” with Former President George Bush Senior! They were surrounded the secret service just after they had lunch at a Los Angeles country club.

Then, not only did Bush give Teri a kiss, he also gives the star a playful spank!
