Sara Evans Begins Court Battle Royale
Country star Sara Evans is gearing up for an all-new court face-off with her soon-to-be ex-husband.
After their scandalous breakup made national headlines, “Extra” has learned the country cutie filed brand new court papers about child custody.
The real shocker is that the papers claim it’s not known whether her ex, Craig Schelske, has a job.
Sara’s income is listed in the papers to be a whopping $100,000 a month.
The ex-“Dancing with the Stars” contestant is asking for physical custody of the kids.

I think Sara should get the kids for full custody. she makes more money. Her husband is not only an idiot for what he did but is career in politics is ruined. Oh well, his own fault. Sara deserves better.
