Reports Claim Anna Nicole Entered Rehab While Pregnant

The shocking discoveries made since the tragic death of Anna Nicole Smith continue to unravel today.

On Monday, “Extra” broke news that the former Playboy Playmate may have died before paramedics even arrived, and medical examiner Joshua Perper confirmed to “Extra” that it is certainly a possibility.

So what killed Anna Nicole Smith?

“If someone could die of a broken heart, it’s certainly Anna,” admitted her longtime friend, and former boss, TrimSpa CEO Alex Goen.

Goen questions the overdose theory, telling “Extra” he never noticed any drug use by Smith.

But Larry Birkhead, the photographer who claims he is Dannielynn’s real father, is now making this shocking claim: Anna Nicole checked into a Los Angeles drug-detox program while she was pregnant.

TMZ.com has discovered a speeding ticket that Birkhead got last April on his way to see a pregnant Anna Nicole at a hotel in Studio City, Calif.

What’s more, Birkhead’s explanation to the cops was, “I got a call from my pregnant wife, she’s sick.”

On Tuesday, Birkhead’s lawyer said he actually told the cops he said girlfriend, not wife, but because his comment was spontaneous, it proves he believes he’s the father of the baby girl.

Now, “Extra” breaks news on the other dueling daddy’s high-level meeting with police; we’ve learned that Howard K. Stern went to cops in the Bahamas claiming someone broke into their island mansion and stole precious mementos, including Dannielynn’s birth certificate.

“Pictures that Anna Nicole drew of the baby, six to seven thousand pictures, a video tape of Anna giving birth to Dannielynn Hope…” have all been taken, Goen revealed.

But now the break-in is raising new concern about Dannielynn’s safety.

Howard’s sister Bonnie broke news to “Extra” just moments after appearing on “Larry King Live.”

“The baby is in jeopardy right now of being kidnapped,” she said. “He’s not going to allow that to happen. He’s going to protect that baby.”

For now, Dannielynn remains in the Bahamas, and Anna Nicole’s spiritual advisor, Ruby Darling, told “Extra” that she has seen the little girl.

“Here is a baby that is as calm as a bug in a rug or a bird in a nest during the storms of life,” Ruby said.

On Tuesday, another new storm stirred some controversy involving Anna Nicole: photos of the former model in bed with the Bahamas Immigration Minister Shane Gibson, which landed in the Nassau Tribune.

But Gibson revealed on Bahamas TV Tuesday that there’s an innocent explanation.

“After the tragic death of her son, my entire family sort of became her family,” he assured.

As for Anna Nicole’s family, we’ve learned her mother remains in the Bahamas, while her father Donald Hogan is in seclusion in Texas.

We’ve also learned that Anna’s father believes his ex-wife should get custody of Baby Dannielynn.

well i have followed all this for months and i am releve that larry was the father of the baby girl howard stern was not a man to care for her and i think god that she now has a good father to rise her and anna and her son rest in peace finally howard stern needs to get his on life and leave larry alone…………

Oh Poor, Poor Anna. She truly was a great big beautiful doll. My heart breaks for her and her children. You could see her love for her son in her face whenever she spoke of him or was with him. Now this beautiful baby will grow up never knowing her mother, or brother, and even more tragic, her grandparents. Drugs are used to escape reality, how horrible must Anna’s reality have been to want to so desperately escape. Anna’s mother should hang her head in shame for saying such horrible things about her own daughter, after all, it was she who laid the foundation of Anna’s reality from which she has now forever escaped. Rest in Peace Anna and Daniel. May God be with you and I pray that God sends a special angel to watch over Dannielynn to protect her from reality.

Everyone is talking about Howard always being there for Anna Nicole Smith, Reminder to all who is not so dumb as to think back, she left Larry Birkhead when he tried to stop her from doing the drugs useage. Howard wanted her money so badly, he let her do drugs, have sex with other men, anything she wanted as long as she kept him around to be her scout for the drugs and kept him with the money he needed. Wake up America, Larry Birkhead was suing her while she was in the Bahamas stating that he was the child’s father. Why do you think she went to the Bahamas? Why didn’t Howard insist that Anna Nicole seeked medical help for her dependance on drugs, did you all see his face and hear his wordsin the court room when they played the tape? He asked her if it was a mushroom high, did you see the smirk on his ugly face?

I think Howard K. Stern is a kind, sweet, loving man and is the best person to raise that dear little baby.

He loved Anna and loves that baby and Anna wanted him to be the father to Dannielynn.

I pray for Howard to stay strong and pray that he will get custody of Dannielynn. I think she is thriving in his care. He is also keeping her out of the limelight, which proves he only wants what is best for Dannielynn.

If that horrible Vergie or Larry B. had Dannielynn, they would be making money off her already.

Howard is proving that he truly loves that baby and is the very best father for her.

Howard, if you ever get to see this, please know that there are alot of people on your side. I’ve visited alot of message boards and there are alot of supporters for you. You are not alone, although it may seem that you are. You are loved by many.

It’s sad that some people are so COLD. I wathed them interview Anna after the death of her son, how could anyone want Anna’s mother raise this baby? Was no one listening to Anna as she spoke of her relationship with her mom? I think she’d roll over in her grave if her mother got her baby,have`you listen to this woman,not even a kind word for her dead daughter???? My GOD.
As for Anna being wild, we all have our faults, the fact is, she was a person who needs to be put to rest, she deserves that, we all do.
I hope that that Howard is the father, he has been there for her, she loved him, for goodness sake, let the dead rest, keep your bad opinions to yourself & let the lady have some pride, at least in death, may GOD protet baby Danny.

I think all of you will be surprised on who the baby daddy is.
It is my opinion and I’m entitled to one, that the baby may be Daniel’s. I know this sounds crazy, but I have seen several interviews about how Anna and Daniel were just too close for comfort.
She became pregnant while living in LA which happens to be where her son was also living. With both of them being dead within 5 months makes me wonder what was really behind all this. I’m willing to bet my paycheck that there is more to this than is being said. Someone has a deep dark secret.
Whatever the outcome God be with that baby girl.

It never ceases to amazing me how many insects flock to the lime light when attention is being paid to another .. a mother the did nothing good for a child .. a father that walked out on a toddler … a sister that was never there .. friends whom were never around when the lights were turned off …all stating to know and do and want what is best for someone they never really knew .. we all cast shadows around the ppl that were in anna’s life the answers died with anna ..but right now the real truth is .. dna does NOT make a father.. RIGHT MR ANNAS LONG LOST DADDY! Anna did what she wanted .. and the tests will show what she chose to do .. the only question is now .. who actually CARES about the baby girl that was left behind?? and not about the pot of gold at the end of the lime light … Howard K Stern has been by that womans side from the get go .. if he wasnt we’d ask if he set the whole scene …. how dare this astranged family of annas come back into the middle of the spot light and throw mud at a virtual stranger .. they know about as much about anna as the rest of us spectators …

You know it is amazing how many speculations are out there right now, and they are just speculations. The media is disgusting, can’t they even let the woman rest in peace? When the autopsy results come back then I guess people who care, will know the truth. It is sad that the youth in this nation are overseas dying and all the people care about in poor Anna Nicole.

I think Howard Stern killed Anna Nicole. He new that she had lots of $$money therefore he planned his work than worked his plan. If he would of killed Anna Nicole 1st by giving her drugs then the inheritance would of gone to Daniel not Howard. But he rethought if I get rid of Daniel 1st then Anna Nicole will slowly die of pain and drugs and I will marry her when she is deep sorrow and you know when people are in pain they give in more easly and he decided to come out with the story that him and Anna have been in a relationship sometime therefore Dannylyn is his child and he quickly married her without questioning a DNA if this was his child. Would’nt you want to know that 1st? He was not interested in knowing and still will not because he wants all the money its all about greed not the child and this is a very sad story.

No matter who Danielynn’s father is,everyone (including the media) is guilty of taking advantage of such a beautiful woman’s tragic life. Her trashy mother even went on air the very next day to talk badly about Anna. Even if what she said is true, she’s a hateful mother and did not act in a verymotherly manner - shame on her, and shame on the media for making Anna out to be a trashy woman. She just yearned for love,and usually chose the wrong people that ended up taking advantage of her weaknesses.God Bless the baby. I hope the baby is Howard’s or Howard Marshall’s!

Ya know I didn’t know much about Anna til she got pregnant etc. Even in death she can’t get any peace. My heart went out to her when she lost Danny. You know instead of talking of her doing drugs etc…they should leave stuff on a better note due to someday with her daughter wants to know more about her mother, she sees the good side and not always the bad. It’s seems men are coming out of the woodwork saying their the Daddy when Anna can’t defend herself. Funny what money will make people do.
