Patrick Dempsey, also affectionately known as Dr. McDreamy, is introducing his twin sons Darby and Sullivan to the world!

“Extra” has learned People magazine has the first photos of the little ones, and “Good Morning America’s” Diane Sawyer was the first to see the shot.

Our Tanika Ray caught up with Patrick and his wife, Jillian, at the Vanity Fair Oscar party enjoying a rare night on the town.

The doting father and husband had only words of praise for his wife’s ways with the little ones.

“She looks beautiful, and she’s been doing a phenomenal job, and we’re having fun,” Dempsey said. “It’s all good.”
