Judge Lifts Order: Anna Nicole's Body Can Be Buried
Anna Nicole Smith can finally rest in peace.
After the former Playmate’s tragic death last Thursday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider has decided to lift a hold he had placed on the release of Smith’s body.
Originally, the judge ruled Anna’s body was to be preserved until DNA samples were extracted for the custody dispute over Smith’s newborn daughter, Dannielynn.
But after officials in Florida revealed they already took DNA samples as part of an autopsy last week, the judge ruled Anna Nicole Smith can now finally be laid to rest peacefully.

Reports Claim Anna Nicole Entered Rehab While Pregnant
The shocking discoveries made since the tragic death of Anna Nicole Smith continue to unravel today.
On Monday, “Extra” broke news that the former Playboy Playmate may have died before paramedics even arrived, and medical examiner Joshua Perper confirmed to “Extra” that it is certainly a possibility.
So what killed Anna Nicole Smith?
“If someone could die of a broken heart, it’s certainly Anna,” admitted her longtime friend, and former boss, TrimSpa CEO Alex Goen.
Goen questions the overdose theory, telling “Extra” he never noticed any drug use by Smith.
Britney Pals Fear Pop Princess is Out of Control
“Extra” spotted Britney Spears and her two adorable sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, as the trio bowed out of New York and headed to the Teterboro Airport Monday night.
The pop princess bid adieu to the city that never sleeps after turning Manhattan into her personal party zone.
“She’s still needing to be carried out of clubs; she’s always caught vomiting, most recently on herself in her SUV; the bottom line is Britney is a girl out of control,” dished Us Weekly’s Katrina Szish.
Szish said it seems obvious that Britney’s career has taken a back seat to her hard partying ways.

Stern's Sister: Howard Loved Anna, Wasn't Present When She Died
Anna Nicole Smith’s longtime lawyer and rumored lover Howard K. Stern was not with the former Playmate when she died, but he knew she was very sick, “Extra” learned on Tuesday.
According to Stern’s sister, Bonnie, Smith had a 105 degree fever shortly before passing away on Thursday at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida.
“When he left her, she was sleeping,” Bonnie revealed, adding that he’d been gone only two hours when he got the sad news.
Stern’s sister, who traveled from her Beverly Hills home to the Bahamas to be with her brother, said Howard had tried many times to get Anna to see a doctor, but she’d refused in fear it would garner unwanted attention.
