“Extra” has obtained the court papers from the divorce of Tara Patrick (Carmen Electra) and Dave Navarro.

In the papers, filed today in Los Angeles, they have been granted a final dissolution of marriage.

There is a waver of spousal support, meaning that neither party owes the other spousal support.

Additionally, there is no community property to split, and the couple had a premarital agreement. All personal effects currently in their possession belong to them.

Also, they are not able to inherit anything from one another.
