Britney Spears Takes on the Big Apple
“Extra” spotted Britney Spears at 3 a.m. outside a New York drugstore this Super Bowl weekend, where the pop princess even bagged her own purchase inside the store!
When photographers caught wind of Britney’s late-night romp, they were anxious to get the lowdown on her Super Sunday plans.
“I’m not going to the Super Bowl,” Britney told them. “I’m going to see a play; it’s called ‘Wicked.’”
But before Broadway, it was all about the red hot runway style!
We caught up with a glammed up Brit at the Kimora Lee Simmons Baby Phat fashion show where she was busting out!
As she sat in her front row seat with her assistant on hand, Spears cheered on the fierce fall fashions and paused briefly to touch up her lipstick.
Meanwhile, “Extra” has found out where else Britney landed: she and Paris Hilton are on the cover of Newsweek, as the mag investigates the girls gone wild effect.
But when it comes to Britney’s new single status, the singer told People magazine, “It’s awesome.”
