I have watched this trial since it’s inception and I feel sick to my stomach watching Vergie get on the stand and just plain LIE, she played the cry card when it benefited her and she was told to anwser the hard question’s and all she could say was the drug’s,and then Larry Birkheard broke down on the stand and I did not believe his tears for one minute, he looked at Vergie the entire time he was questioned, what’s up with that.
Howard is the only father that baby has known and that is the way it should stay and I hope the bahamiam government supports Howard 150% and send’s Larry back to Kentucky.
Vergie and all her lawyers who will never get paid if she does not win this case should be ASHAMED of themselves they are all leeches.Tunstel is just stupid.

It is so easy to “blame” everyone… In this country attorneys fight and fight not caring that they are spending the money of a little girl that needs it for her future. As it is,if there is no DNA test done, she will grow up so confused as who the father is. Anna’s mom should NOT get the baby,look how messed up Anna was by how mom raised her; it is clear she is in it for the money.where was she when Daniel died? As fas as the will, no one MAKES a nyone sign anything they don’t want. Regardless of who typed up the will, Anna signed it.That was Annas wishes and they should be honored.

I find it very strange that 2 weeks after Dannys death, Justice Sir Burton Hall ends the practice ofan exclusive coroner. Then Stern hires Cyril Wecht, who has been indicted on 84 counts of wire fraud to examine Danny ( & collect DNA). Then Anna is found dead and Joshua Perper does the exam on her, but wont let Larrys DNA experts do a swab on Anna and independantly preserve the chain of evidence. …Now it turns out Wecht and Perper worked together in Alleghanny County in Pennsylvania….. Coincedence, I dont think so.

I FEEL THAT ANNA NICOLE’S SO CALLED MOM IS ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY!!! I HAVE ONE QUESTION IF SHE LOVED HER DAUGHTER SO MUCH WHERE WAS SHE WHEN DANIEL DIED??

After the death of Anna’s son Daniel, under weird circumstances, is an odd coincedence that it happened to her as well only a few months after he died as well as the birth of her baby(probably in Howard K. Stern’s agenda to ensure the birth of the baby so he would inherit some of the estate). Where was her fiance really at, at that time? He has knowledge in the legal field that if Daniel had died (which he did), the will would have shown that the only one entitled to her estate would be the heir next in line, a.k.a. Dannilynne. By the court ruling, all he needed to do to obtain Anna’s estate would be in the presence of her disappearance, or in this case her death. Even if he’s not in the will, the baby would get the money, but he’s the “so called” father, is going to be in charge of the estate, as well as keeping it for himself. That is one possible outcome of what might happen. Being this my opinion, I now rest my case. Thank You, Bob

Stern was NOT given her estate-it was left for her belated son Daniel and it looks like crazy lawyers will try all they can to make her personal estate a mess too.

If they keep it up there will be nothing left for Danielynn to inherit. Rumors are already flying that Daniel’s birth father may be able to get the estate of Anna, that the court itself could take over because the will can be breached.

The whole time all these people will be robbing the baby who is the real victim in this mess.

Anna’s body was approved by the judge to FINALLY get embalmed and now we discover embalmers refuse to sign a confidentiality release. Unless they planned to violate the agreement and be sick enough to take photo’s of her after death I can see no reason why they would object.

Good grief are we to believe they cannot find ONE embalmer who has a shred of decency in the whole state of Florida?

God bless Dannilynne. She is the one who needs a miracle. Maury Povich could have taken a DNA test and had the results back in 24 hours so what seems to be the true hold up (MONEY MONEY) personally her daughter should get all the dang finances. Those people should be ashamed of thereselves.

Hi am from Dallas near where Anna Nicole used to live and to me its as clear as the sky that Stern has something to do with both the dead of her son and hers ..Now that I see the will he made her sign am possitive..His nothing but a money hungry jerk ..Why didnt he helped her instead of pushing drugs on her ?
