Anna was no saint. She had to know
the risk’s of sleeping with a bunch
of men, pregancy, diesies, what ever else. I feel she had no morrals or self worth. A mother is what people
call her? A mother is so much more than what Anna ever was.
Virgie didn’t do her job as being a prime mother either. I personally
dont have NO respect for Howard!
This whole suitraton with DNA could have been previnted if Anna would have made some better choices in her life.
This is a very sad suitration for everybody. The men are just to blame as Anna. They are all adults and should have thought like an Adult.
Hopefully with these bad judgements this will teach sociaty to be more careful and use better judgemets in their own lives.

What is this world coming to? If it were not for the pending money dispute, Anna would have been buried three days after she died, and Howard would have gone on raising Dannielynn. I do realize that Larry Birkhead had already started his paternity suit before Anna died, but since she was in the Bahamas, there was pretty much nothing anyone could do to force the issue. Anna trusted Howard with her life and the lives of her children. How should it be up to anyone else to decide whether or not she should have?? Three of my children do not belong to the man I am married to now. Before this, I never really thought about it, but now, I pray that I never come into alot of money or else if I should die, who knows what what the “Judicial System” will let happen to my body and my children! If Anna is buried ANYWHERE other than next to Daniel, I think it is absolutly horrible and the rest of us are in trouble because we have no say so over ourselves or our children once we are gone! What I would like to know is where is Virgie Arthur getting all the money from to be turning up to court in limousines.

In her appeal to stop her daughter from being buried she complained she would have to get a passport and buy tickets and have cash to go to the Bahama’s and that is one of the reasons for wanting to bury her in Texas.
I would have some sympathy for her argument if she hadn’t made four trips to the Bahamas, stayed in Luxury hotels and been driven around in limosines each time she was there.

She stated under oath that she had no money. She can’t be that poor if she can afford four trips to the bahama’s in two weeks.
Or is she running up a tab on what she’s hoping to get from her daughters estate.

I could care less about the money, paternity, who wins or who loses. I’d like to see Dannielynn Hope Marshall be taken care of. Not as a pawn in a monetary fight. Who cares IF she could assume 475 Million dollars. Send that beautiful little girl to my home in Oregon and I’ll make sure her life is filled with Gymboree, art classes, dancing around the house, singing The Itsy Bitsy Spider and “Goodnight moon” It pains me to think that Dannielynn Hope won’t have a childhood that has been remembered by when she said her first word, sprouted her first tooth, her first steps, a babybook and a collection of her baby clothes. I read where Larry Birkhead and Ben Thompson has hooked up together. Ben want to help Larry since the breakin of Anna’s house to win custody of the baby. I smell a big rat here. The only one that loved Anna was Howard. And he is hated because he didn’t allow the moneybaggers to use Anna. All the lies told on this man. You can see what Larry wants that’s money. Everybody cutting deals with Birkhead, like Ben,Vergie etc. If you didn’t hear what he said to Howard on the stand let me repeat it He told Howard “the more you fight me, you want get anything.” Now that’s what Larry said to Howard on the stand. Anna trusted Howard because he was the only one to carry out her instructions, she knew he would not let anyone use her if he could help it that’s including her mother. If people can’t see why they hate Howard please take off the blinders. The only one have something to lose is the baby not Howard. Also, all of Anna’s personal items stolen cannot be used without a criminal offense charge against them. Those people who stole those items if Howard keep custody of the baby they know suites are going to be filed big time. Ok Ben, Ford all the others.

Anna has made her wishes known to the world.
If her wishes are not carried out then the rest of us might have a big problem with our wishes after death.

You are probably not aware that Vergie’s lawyer from TX is the same lawyer who brought down Dow Corning over the silicone breast implants. He won millions. And then the FDA said last year that the implants were safe. In an interview on 20/20, he said “so what” that he brought an american company down with false accusations. There is so much money to be made over Anna’s gravesite. Hell, she’ll probably set up an “Graceland” situation, charging a cover charge to see the grave. On the way to the morgue, this woman had the nerve to telephone Splash mag and the reporter for Splash was in her limo and the Splash helicopter was overhead. Money grabbing pig. No wonder her daughter hated her. I bet she was as bad cop too. Maybe someone should be looking into the child abuse and rape that Anna Nicole suffered as a young woman from this family.

If howard stern loved ann nicole so much why did he take pictures of her like a clown and why did he enjoy taking pictures of ann nicole and the minister of bahamas in order to get her perment risdence to live in bahamas , is this love, and why didn’t he do anything, to get help for ann nicole and why just a month after her son died he pushed her to marry him and take pictures so that he will be sure to get the money and after all he does need the money because nicole always supported him. howard stern go work for your money.

Anonymous, it encourages me to see there are some of us that agree on this matter. This “NIGHT SCHOOL JUDGE” stating that Anna’s remains belong to him now just blows me away!!! Why is our judical system allowing this to contiune? Anna should be laid to rest already! How this so called judge, Virgie, and Larry “Dickhead” can laid down and close their eyes at night is beyond me! I hope she comes back and haunts the hell out of all 3 of them.

I don’t know where to post the info, but the judge is trying for a TV show on this, shame on him. Let the poor women rest in peace with her son. The debate over the baby will and can continue, but keeping the body of Anna Nicole for ratings is sick and very, very tragic. If the judge gets a show, I will never watch and I hope who ever cared for Anna Nicole, will go after the Judge for this. Amen again sisters! My 16 year old son keeps asking me why I am so glued to this story?…and that is because I am a mom that only has one child that I love more than anything in this world. When I think of the way Anna must have felt loosing Daniel, my heart just bleeds for her. The things Big Moe(Anna’s bodyguard) said about Anna wanting to sleep longer and longer because that is when Daniel came to her it breaks my heart. If it hadn’t been for Baby Dannylynn and Howard she would not have made it as long as she did. I only hope the same thing doesn’t happen to Howard! I think it was a combination of grief from loosing Daniel, the stress caused by the money hungry Larry and the old witch of a mother Virgie and the horrible things she did to Anna as a young child and a young adult!
I truly hope that Howard is able to carry out Anna’s final wishes and makes sure her final resting place is by Daniel and that he raising the child they had together. Their is no doubt what so ever to me that is what this poor loving mother wanted for her and her child!
Please God, let Anna rest in peace and keep Dannylynn with the Stern family as Anna wanted!

Anna was a beautiful person, she loved Howard and most of all her children. Let things remain the same, the way that Anna had wanted. All Anna’s Mother obviously cares about is $$$. Think about her baby, sweet Dannielynn, she’s not going to grow up with her Mother or her Brother, when she is old enough to find out all that has happened, think about how she is going to feel… She will never really know the beautiful person her Mother was. I truly believe Anna would want to be buried next to her son. There is NO DOUBT in my mind. She loved her son dearly and I think there is enough people to verify their loving bond between each other. I can tell she wanted NOTHING to do with her mother and the judge should see this by now too. It’s a shame that in her death her mother starts coming around and all these men are saying their the baby girls father. BULL I see $$$$$$ dollar signs in their eyes NOT love and NOT what’s best for this poor little baby girl that will grow up without her mommy and never even know her. As we all sit upon our high horses thinking that we are soo much better then the next movie star .. have any of us really put thought into that poor lil girl who has lost her mother ??? We want to point fingers at Howard K Stern and appoint him of guilt of all that went wrong in Anna’s life, yet who decides for another??? Anna did what and who she pleased, and no one could stop her .. I would place money on time wearing her out .. between the drugs, the drinking, and just living her life .. then losing her son sooo shortly after giving birth to her daughter .. her heart was broken.. we all know what thats like dont we? Or are we sooo above human feelings because we are watching this on tv .. that we no longer have the ability to self reflect ..Our society wants to blame someone.. lets blame ourselves… we demanded entertainment and we got it .. Poor Anna didnt have a great beginning in this world .. her mother being the root at which started Anna on her spiral to death .. but Anna TRIED ! she tried to go forward and make a life .. we all make mistakes .. we all pick and chose and sometimes its not the right choice… but she TRIED ! There is NO doubt that Howard loved Anna from afar and finally by her side … People talk about him being in it for the money .. yet its been documented that his PARENTS have footed many a bills to ensure his well being while he chose his path to be with her and yet we cast the blame onto his shoulders for her actions and the actions surrounding her life .. her sons death was suspicious but whos fault would it be .. anna’s ..howards… his own.. or that of another …Now her daughter is without a mother .. the only sight she will have of Anna is the vicious words another can spread and words made up of crap to keep the presses rolling .. I wonder if that would keep you warm at nite… Poor baby girl .. shame on us for not thinking with our hearts ….

Child abuse is not legal. Why is Vergie Arthur not being looked at by law enforcement for her abuse of Anna? No human should go through child abuse, and no adult should get away with it.

Let Howard K Stern bury her in the Bahamas with her son to rest in peace. Let him take care of the baby. Anna and Howard are on the birth certificate. That’s what she wanted when she was alive and everyone should respect her actions. Keep the mother away. So many videos prove that she hated her mother and was estranged from her.
