Anna Nicole will certainly be having as much peace in death as she did in life. It was obvious Anna needed help, perhaps a real best friend or two, as she did appear child-like and vulnerable, and may have had to trust too many of the wrong people. She had been through a terrible time, it will be awful when Dannilyn eventually learns and sees all that her mother went through, even as a deceased person. Some people just can’t help making bad decisions in life, and with all of Anna’s insecurities that could only have made it all so much more difficult for her. So many people seem to be suspicious of Howard Stern, but I feel sure if she had somewhere she would have preferred to be, she would have been there, instead of with Howard. It was known she disliked Birkhead, and even tried to escape him by going to the Bahamas. He now seems to be smelling of roses. And, Anna often made it plain enough, that she intensely disliked her mother. I feel Anna’s wishes should have been adhered to, and Virgie should have been kept well away from the court, her funeral, as well as the child. Soon we will see that Virgie has made money out of telling her story, and that should not be allowed at Anna’s expense either. The complete truth may never be known, but the mess this whole situation has become, should make us all wonder about our loved one’s, or our own funeral’s and how safely our wishes might be carried out, or not. I wasn’t that keen on Anna, but I think I understand her hurts and humiliations. I am sorry she died so young, without the pleasure of bringing up her daughter and perhaps being really happy for the first time in her life.

come on vergie arthur loved her daughter.and i think anna was torn between her love of drugs and her love of birkhead and others.and if her mother realy abused her that bad why would she let her mother raise daniel all those years?and as far as being burried in the bahammas it took her over a month to put daniel there.i think the only reason she did was stern had convinced her she couldnt come back to the united states.have any of you ever battled drug abuse by a loved one?well i tell you when it comes to the abuser and their pusher its difficult the pusher has total control of your loved ones which is what stern is.and by the way how many funerals have you seen on entertainment tonight only the ones stern collected 3 million for his loved one wow he loved her alot i hope he ends up in prison and the real father larry birkhead and vergie end up with the baby it takes a blind person not to see that baby looks just like birkhead.

Child abuse is not legal. Why is Vergie Arthur not being looked at by law enforcement for her abuse of Anna? No human should go through child abuse, and no adult should get away with it.

Anna’s own words relate that she was abused and she points a strong finger at her own Mom for abusing her and allowing abuse to happen to her by her brother and father. Anna’s own words tell us what happened between Anna and her family. Who would have know more then her? She has not seen her Mother for years. BTW Howard did not get any money for his interview. Interviews done with Entertainment tonight were done for free. How about we stick with facts instead of rumors coming from reporters who are ticked because they can get an interview? Real lives are at stake from these vicious tales. Howard wasn’t even there when Anna died. A picture of a fridge means nothing. All these nuts want to act like they were in her life. So many people are emphasizing Anna’s drug problem, dismissing any other causes of death. Very few people in the media are discussing the fact that Anna had pneumonia not long ago. Ask any doctor and they can tell you that when many people experience a recurrence of pneumonia, often they may not realize how sick they are, meantime the bactereia, (if not treated) can end up saturating their body. By that time is when fevers in the 104 to 105 range happen…. that is when getting into a hospital within one to three or so days can make the difference between life and death. Of course with some people, if they have painkiller drugs to make them feel more comfortable, it is understandable that they would procrastinate going to be admitted to a hospital. I thoroughly believe H.K. Stern’s sisters statement , where she says that her brother tried to talk Anna into going to the doctors or hospital several times, but Anna did not want it getting to the media….Seen It Before, in So Cal

lets see the DNA thats where the baby belongs!! your not gone to tell me anna was not filled up on drugs,if you see her in her kitchen she almost dropped the baby. howard looks like he shoots up into his eyes.why all of a sudden howards sister is talking so much? why is the news ignoring anna’s best friends input on this? if anna was so sick on the day she died why did she go to get a boat? why not stay home with her baby? howard does everything, let him get the damm boat! the baby NEEDS HER REAL FATHER & she will grow & want to know the truth anyway!! the medical examiner finally comes up with something was wrong with her heart….yeah look at the drugs in the fridge at the hotel & at home. she was dead in the hotel, no one is saying for how long(at this time howard was at their boat).they had a machine hooked up to her & was not even given any response.their was a convention at the hotel,people at this convention were able to treat her before 911 was call & she was dead!

I dont think anna nicoles mothers should get custody of the baby…Howard stern has been the father since day one and should continue to do so…I believe he is the father…I believe he loved anna very much..As to anna nicoles death, ummm…very suspicious….but could of been many drugs,or simply depression.Her mother is just looking for publicity…She didn’t seem to be a good mother to anna why now…all the tears seem so fake…

Besides that, how many people carefully place all contents in thier fridge to make sure all labels are facing forward? Anna was known for eating when she was depressed-how many really think her fridge would be void of any food after she was suffering from the loss of her son? Slim Fast cans? Can they be more obvious?

Methadone? People are forgeting we are talking about prescription drugs here. Drugs that have to come from some doctors prescription and not on the street. Even fewer realize how easily this is to settle once and for all as the codes on the labels of prescription drugs show where they came from, what pharmacy filled them, and WHO prescribed them.

How about THAT novel idea for conducting actual investigative journalism to really verify information before throwing outlandish damaging pictures meant to sway public opinion?

Fake friends on Larry King-this story just gets worse and worse with a camp appearing to form working with Birkhead behind the scenes and Anna’s estranged Mother at the center.

Now Anna’s Mom is openly fighting for Birkhead. Anna hated Birkhead too so what a pair they make. Then the Fake friend emerges saying she was Anna’s best friend for 16 years when following testimony states she only entered Anna’s life a few years ago and Anna herself didn’t want anything to do with that so-called best friend because she became obsessed when she tried to look and act like her. Not surprising the new unheard of before so-called best friend is now in close contact with Anna’s estranged mom whom Anna hated. How many of our best friends become close with our nutcase EX family members that we hated? Give us all a break.

Hopefully people will finally start to disregard so-called new evidence presented in the press if they refuse to show proof of just where, what, and how that evidence materialized. Several lives are on the line for these unsubstantiated allegations that continue to be spewed by the very people who stand to gain a lot if they are believed.

Birkheads lawyer has to be the worst with one outlandish, unsubstatiated accusation after the next trying to plant seeds that Howard is a murderer, with Anna’s estranged Mom coming in a close second with blatantly accusing Howard of murdering her grandson, daughter and now trying to make the public believe the baby is in danger. enough is enough. Think for yourselves people.

Anna’a mother Vergie, whom Anna hated and was estranged from for years has no business getting headlines for her obvious sick dusfunctional “theories” into her daughters life that she had no clue about because she had not been in that life for decades. Anyone who knows a sick dysfunctional family filled with backwoods rejects like this knows they will come out of the woodwork if they smell money and grab every photo op they can.

Just how is Anna’s nut case Mom, who is supposed to be from a lower income family, able to afford to stay in the best of the best hotels in the Bahama’s, travel in limo’s, fly first class?

Indeed, this woman has sold her own grandson, daughter, and granddaughter out for the proverbial quick buck.

Does that sound like a woman Anna wanted NEAR her kid? Hardly, so why do reports like this even give a hint that this nut deserves to even act like she has a right to see this kid or that she deserves anything but public scorn for repeatedly betraying her own daughter in life and during the very next day after she died?

Why is Larry Birkhead smelling like a rose? Pahlease-he’s a trash tabloid photographer. His life was devoted to invaded people’s lives and trying to find the most damning of pictures to destroy those lives for a profit. IF Anna was so control by Howard which is a joke since she wore the pants, then who is naive enough to think Birkhead would not ahve run with those stories for months while fighting Anna when she was alive? As if Birkhead can’t call in any favors to keep his image clean in the tabloid? Yea right. Those sleezes watch out for each other.

This is a witch hunt against the only man who probably really loved Anna-the only man who spent enough quality time with her and Daniel for this baby to really know what her loved ones were like… Howard Stern. Is he the biological father? Who knows I would lean toward Marchal Sr and the frozen sperm Anna had to seal her estate fight against the Marshal family. Either way Anna herself put Stern on the birth certificate.

For any other man to gain custody would be against what the mother of this child wanted. Anyone can be a sperm donor but it does not mean they would ever qualify as a good Dad. Those thinking Birkhead a trash photographer would set a good example for this kid has got to be kidding themselves. Anna hated him in the end too. Great way of following the intentions of what the birth mother wanted right?

For those who say why didn’t Anna just submit her child to a DNA test-give us all a break. Just because some nut claims paternity does not mean our children have to be violated. She refused to validate the rantings of scorn man who wanted to ride on her coattails of infamy.

If the courts demanded we subject our children to the allegations of every nut out there we would indeed lose parental rights to what we decide is best for our children to be subjected to. Larry needs help, not DNA tests.

I agree with Mark. Howard seems a little fishy to me. He agrees to put his name on the birth certificate and then smells money. So he offs her son, waits a few months, and offs her. Now he has the baby and the money. If you watch footage of them, Anna Nicole is hanging on him and he is kind of pulling away from her, or at least not leaning toward her. Body language speaks volumes! He let her drug herself out and paraded her in front of the cameras to create an overdose scenario. Think about it!
