Additional Papers Filed in Charlie-Denise Divorce

“Extra” has obtained additional divorce papers filed Tuesday by Denise Richards.

In the papers, the date of her separation from Charlie Sheen is revealed to be December 28, 2005.

Richards lists that there is jewelry, earnings and other personal effects that she would like considered separate property. Since their younger daughter had not been born at the time the original papers were filed, the new papers indicate that the child has indeed been born.

Firstly, they were divorced in name, so nothing was ‘wrapped up’. Very few of the issues were agreed upon and that was made clear at the time, the bifurcated (buy yourself a dictionary). Clearly you ony half-read information.

Secondly, clearly you haven’t heard about the video of charlie that is about to be released.

Denise goes on holiday for a week (AND even tied in some work at the same time doing a photo shoot) and you blast her?

Get down off your high horse. Denise isnt the one with the issues here.

Protecting who? This skank just returned from a week of sex with her still married roly poly boyfriend. Her brats were no where in site.

These two wrapped this up months ago. Why is now filing papers again? My guess is she needs money now!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope Denise continues to protect those little girls. She seems such a devoted mother, and is realy fighting for them.
