Insiders told “Extra” that Golden Globe nominated actress Katherine Heigl, who plays passionate Dr. Izzie Stevens, is reportedly unhappy with her contract status.

But has Katherine broken off all negotiations with the show?

Yes, according to People magazine, Heigl is in a salary dispute with the ABC Television Studio.

A source told People that Katherine is “disappointed and hurt” and that she doesn’t feel as highly valued as her co-stars. But will she quit?

“Extra” has learned People magazine has the first photos of the little ones, and “Good Morning America’s” Diane Sawyer was the first to see the shot.

Our Tanika Ray caught up with Patrick and his wife, Jillian, at the Vanity Fair Oscar party enjoying a rare night on the town.

The doting father and husband had only words of praise for his wife’s ways with the little ones.

“She looks beautiful, and she’s been doing a phenomenal job, and we’re having fun,” Dempsey said. “It’s all good.”

“Extra” has learned that supermodel Christie Brinkley underwent emergency back surgery Tuesday night when she was injured while skiing with her kids.

A spokesman from Brinkley’s camp released this statement Wednesday morning about the Cover Girl’s condition:

"The surgery was successful and she will be out of the hospital Friday. Her biggest disappointment was not for herself but for missing her daughter Alexa Ray Joel's performance this evening at the Mercury Lounge and the pre-concert supper party she was set to host in Alexa's honor. As Christie noted right before the surgery, I would break my back to help my daughter but I didn't mean it literally."
