Meet 'Idol's' Newest Nonsingular Sensation

Meet Ian Benardo, the mouth that roars even louder than Simon Cowell’s, and who shocked the judges when he scolded Judge Dread in front of 30 million viewers Wednesday night on FOX.

“He threw me out of there after I started singing,” the wannabe “Idol” complained. “Because he’s a moron.”

When the Bronx, N.Y., native was quickly shunned by Simon, he spouted, “Who are you? Do you even have a working visa?”

After leaving his “Idol” audition in a tizzy, Ian became the talk of Hollywood on Thursday, and “Extra” has him enjoying every bit of his 15 minutes of fame.

“People recognize me everywhere I go,” he told us. “People are asking me about what my next career move is.”

So, what does Ian plan to do with his “Idol” fame?

“I really want to be a talk show host,” he revealed. “I really believe that I can be the next big American sensation.”

Ian got collagen just before he lipped off on national TV, but he confessed to “Extra” that Simon is not the only one who didn’t appreciate his performance.

“My father is humiliated; it’s horrible right now,” he admitted.

But was the humiliation worth it? Well, since we’re listening, I guess so!

Ian had just one thing left to say to Simon before we parted ways: “I should take his job because I have more witty things to say.”

I believe in Ian Benardo.He wants to be a TV host.So what. He can do it.He is original,smart and entertaining.Also He knows how to get attention.He has a passion for music and He likes to sing.I adore him because he is not like everybody else.There is nothing wrong that he appeared on American Idol. We have to try everything at least one time in our life!So often people have complex or shy and dont believe in themselves and thats why they miss all oppurtunities.

Honestly, are you nuts? Do you actually think you can sing? Is that headband on you’re head stopping you’re circulation, or something? I have just seen this video, and it was shocking! You actually think you’re too hott for America? Well, America is too hott for you! And do you know that the only reason you’re famous is because you’re an American joke, right?

Why would you give the next William Hung? The chance to be another laughing stalk? I do not understand why this Pee Wee Herman look alike, has anything to spout his mouth off about. Anyone can be a an obnoxious @*&hole.

Ian answer me this do you really, Honestly think you can sing? I know I can’t but what the heck, I will try out for canadian idol in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I will sing somthing I know they won’t air. I will sing F*ck her gently by Tenacious D.

Ian is the funniest guy ever. I really enjoyed him on American Idol. I couldnt quit laughing. I would love to meet him! I think he could make it in Hollywood like hosting a show or something, he is great!

This guy’s a total joke!!! He was a total joke when he tried out for So you think you can dance and had the same little tiff in that show with Nigel Lythgoe.
He’s a disaster, especially knowing that he thinks he’s all that!

After watching his trip to hollywood, i realized that no one should feel bad for him, hes not a nice guy, has no personnality, so not only do his looks make him ugly but so does his personnality. its time for everyone to get over him, he audtioned and simon told him the truth, he is ugly and he can’t sing at all, sometimes the truth hurts but needs to be said.

To Extra: Why are you using Ian as a publicity stunt? Kenneth and his friend were good choices because they were lovable and they made us feel sorry for them but Ian is the complete opposite. Why are you giving him air time? He is the most annoying person to look at and to listen to. There is not a redeming quality about him!

I am so tired of these people getting attention they don’t deserve. He is getting attention for the way simon treated him on the show yet he turns around and makes rude comments about people who are simply trying to be nice to him. There is nothing funny about this guy. Why is it that no talent idiots like this guy get so much tv time.
