I typed up the 4 workouts for myself and decided since so many people wanted them too, that I’d share. Just copy and paste. Enjoy :)


Eva’s Behind:

The Squat Kick:

Squat down putting the pressure on your heels, not your toes
Keep your arms in front of you
Make a fist with one hand and wrap the other hand around it
Squat down, come back up
Then shift your weight to one leg and kick the opposite leg straight out
Do 3 sets of 20


The Bridge:

Lie on your back
Place your arms out to the side to make the letter T
Legs bent, heels near your butt, feet flat on the floor
Lift one leg straight out and tight, while balancing your weight on the other leg
Then lift into a bridge by pushing your pelvis toward the ceiling
Lower your butt back down to about an inch off the mat
Do not let your butt touch the mat


Jessica Biel’s Abs:

Crunch:

The key to a good crunch is to keep your chin up towards the ceiling
& exhaling as you come up
Also never allow your upper back to touch the ground
Lie on back and pull legs up so toes are pointed toward the ceiling
Then bend legs at the knee so that they make a 90 degree angle
Now you are in position to begin the crunch


Bicycle Crunch:

Lie on your back
Place your hands on the back of your head
Now touch your elbow to the outside of the opposite knee,
While simultaneously straightening the other leg
Then touch the other elbow to the outside of its opposite knee,
While simultaneously straightening the other leg
Do this quite rapidly, back and fourth, elbow to knee, to really feel the burn


Core Underpass:

Grab a water bottle
Do the same bicycle motion as the bicycle crunch
But instead pass a water bottle back & fourth between your legs as you do the bicycle
Remember to keep your chin to the ceiling


Hillary Swanks Back:

Superman:

Lie on stomach, feet touching the floor
Lift chest off of mat, arms bent at a 90 degree angle
Gently turn body from left, then to right
Do 3 sets of 12-15


Side Plank Pushup:

Lie on side and prop yourself up on elbow
Lift the hip that’s not against the floor toward the ceiling as far as you can reach
Hold that there for five seconds
Then lower back down to the floor


Angelina’s Arms:

Bicep curl:

Elbows at sides
Water bottle in each hand
Curl up, and flex your bicep
Release down and flex the bicep again
Do 3 sets of 12-15


Inner Bicep Curl:

Place water bottles together in front of you
Curl arms up towards your chin
Then release down
